Throughout your stay, we accommodated your requests, including providing a complimentary 3:00 p.m. early check-in despite a same-day turnover, and we remained responsive whenever you reached out. During the reservation, there were no significant concerns reported that would have given us the opportunity to address them. We believe, before checkin, your primary concern became a request for a refund for the final night which you were planning on not staying, which could not be accommodated under the agreed reservation terms. Following that, an additional complaint was raised regarding a missing wine opener. We also observed occupancy that appeared to exceed the number of guests included in the reservation, yet we chose to focus on ensuring your stay continued smoothly rather than escalating the matter. After checkout we also noted the stain on the carpet that required extra cleaning. We respectfully believe this review does not accurately reflect the quality of our home or the level of service we provided.
