Located just a few minutes from downtown High Point, Truist Point Stadium and HPU.

This comfortable, spacious, well appointed home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Kitchen is well equipped for cooking at "home". Gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils are already there for your use.

Gas grill and rocking chairs on back porch to enjoy while making dinner. Take some time to sit and relax at the fire pit in the back yard. Wood is available at most any local grocery/hardware store.

Create an instant, cozy ambiance with the flip of a switch on the wall to enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room.

Awesome home-

This home offers really thoughtful touches throughout the home like fully stock coffee bar, spice rack and mints, cleaners, trash bags etc. 3 beds all with tv's & 3 1/2 bathrooms all beautifully decorated. Home is absolutely spotless. Must have an awesome cleaning crew. We would highly recommend it.

Super clean, well appointed, cozy cottage

This is my second stay here and will stay again if I am in the area. From communication, to the accuracy of the listing and the cleanliness of this property I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s a bit out of the way, but that makes it more quiet and private. Very nice property!

Wedding weekend

The property was just as advertised. It is a beautiful home! We were there for a wedding, and it was just what we needed. The only thing that I would recommend is that the bedrooms need more lighting. Other than that, it was perfect!

Perfect and thank you

We truly enjoyed our stay at the New Country Cottage. It was warm and welcoming with tastefully updated rooms and furnishings. And very clean! If you are a fan of reading, there are also plenty of book selections to enjoy--I wish I had more time to browse, but it is the perfect excuse to return.The indoor fireplace added a cozy touch as did the outdoor fire pit. We were also very close to High Point University, the very reason for our visit to North Carolina. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

This house is very comfortable, well supplied, and beautifully built. The house was very clean when we arrived, and lights were on to welcome us. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer available during our stay. We enjoyed our stay at this house very much and would consider staying here again in the future.

A Wonderful, Clean and Well Appointed Retreat!

We visited this home during the Thanksgiving holiday 2024. The house appears brand new, inside and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could want in a rental for preparing meals. The backyard is lovely with a firepit, gas grill and patio. The home is located near grocery and other big box stores if you need to go shopping. The only caveat is to be aware that it sits on a fairly major residential street, but there was very light traffic flow. The house sits quite far back from the street, and is buffered by large earthen berms at the roadside. Overall, it's a really terrific home, beautifully kept, and graciously appointed. A definite "favorite" in the Greensboro/High Point area!

Perfect place to stay… all the comforts of your own home. So, convenient to Winston-Salem. Accommodations for a late check out were available and much appreciated. Perfect for fur babies.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing property! The pictures don’t even capture the charm and beauty of this home. Every detail has been thought of to make this truly a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the towels luxurious, the kitchen so well appointed. The home is not just beautifully decorated but everywhere you look is a wonderful book or a game that makes you want to get comfy and stay a while. The property managers were beyond accommodating and gracious and worked with us to make this truly a perfect weekend. We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place for us and our kids to spend precious time together. Thank you so, so much for sharing your property. We would love to visit again!

Fantastic Stay Near HPU - Highly Recommend!

We needed a last-minute reservation while visiting our daughter at High Point University, and this house exceeded our expectations. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. The location is perfect—just a short drive to HPU, which was very convenient for us. The house itself is stunning. Everything is brand new, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The modern bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay feel luxurious. Honestly, if this house were for sale, I’d buy it! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend

Stayed at this property with family for the weekend of the US Open in Pinehurst. The house is beautiful and just as described in the listing. Location was good for shopping, restaurants and access to highways. If we ever return to this anrea we would definitely stay here again. Overall we would highly recommend this property …. The house was gorgeous in a very quiet neighborhood. Near a shopping center with a lots stores, fast foods and restaurants. Wall Mart around the corner. Spacious and clean. Loved the stay. I would stay in this home again.

Market Retreat

The property is beautiful! All is new and it worked out perfectly for our company needs. There were three bedrooms well positioned to offer privacy for a non-family stay. My only drawback was the furniture in the living room. It wasn’t comfortable to kick back and relax after a long day.
