We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests, and we are sorry to hear that there were some issues during your time at our property. Just to clarify, our manager visited the day after the flood to check on you and see how you were doing. He offered help with anything you needed, and none of these issues were raised to him at that time. We would have been more than happy to address any concerns you had during your stay, including providing more towels or addressing any odor issues, which we could not verify before and after your stay. Our properties are strictly non-smoking, and we have smoke alerts and rigorous cleaning protocols in place to ensure a fresh and clean environment for all guests. Additionally, we experienced an unforeseen flooding and heavy rain event during your stay, which was an exceptional circumstance not encountered in a lifetime. This caused some leaking, and we are taking steps to prevent such issues in the future. Moreover, mentioning that the property has a “party house” smell is untrue and unfair. Not only do we not allow parties, but we also do not host any guests who have intentions of having parties, as it is explicitly prohibited and listed in our rental agreement that you signed.
