Great stay at Hollywood beach

Our group consisted of three families with young children and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our kids loved the pool area and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

The property was exactly as described. Our kids loved the pool and the beach was a little hike (~2.5 miles round trip) but not unbearable. Plus plenty of parking available at the beach. This was our 4th year in Hollywood and would definitely consider using this property again!

Lovely Villa in Holly’s Florida

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were lovely!!! The host was very attentive and responsive. Any questions we had were answered in an extremely timely manner. We were also minutes from Hollywood beach which was very nice! We would definitely consider staying here again if we take another trip to that area.

The worse part of my stay was having to leave. This home was great and roomy. The location was near everything we needed. Communication with property manager was great. This house is FANTASTIC!! House is as described and as shown in pictures! Host was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed the openness, the patio and gazebo area, and the pool (could have been a bit warmer, but we made due & did not attempt to reach the host regarding this). My only complaint is that the water in the master bathroom sinks does not get very warm. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay

We booked this house last minute when our cruise was cancelled and Alex made sure everything went smoothly. With 10 people the 5BR house worked perfectly. The family room, kitchen and dining area are open and create a bunch of gathering space. The pool was great for both kids and adults. The property is a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and any stores you may need to hit to stock up on items. Hollywood is also a great location so you can drive to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, or the Everglades. We enjoyed our week long stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families!We had such a fantastic time staying at this home! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was absolutely perfect for the kids! They spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed nearby. Hollywood holiday

The house was located in a quiet residential area by the lakes with very large houses around which made this house quite unassuming on arrival but inside it has everything as advertised. Lovely well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. We used the outside area to eat - there is a large bbq with gas provided. The pool itself it lovely but be aware the paving around it is a bit uneven and young children may need shoes. The local town with supermarket, bars and restaurants is 5 minute drive and the beautiful beach the same the other way, both are about 20 minutes walk. We did find the inside a little dark but as the weather was superb we were out of the house most of the holiday. Bath and pool towels and starter toiletries are provided on arrival but no tea/coffee/milk. Hollywood Vacation rentals were outstanding. Good communication before arrival and we had a few things to sort out on arrival and their team were on site within minutes and went over and above to make things right for us.

The host was great, our flight arrived early, they allowed us to check in early so that we did not have to figure out something to do in the meantime. They also accommodated our late flight with a late check out. The space was great for our party of 8. Close to the beach about 10-15 min. Would love to stay again.

Great stay in Hollywood Beach

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the multiple signs on the walls of the property remind you that partying is not encouraged; was no problem for us as we were looking for a quiet escape from the Northern winter. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The pool area is small but perfect for relaxing and the pool temperature was perfect. The pool was serviced every day and kept impeccably. The only downsides preventing a 5 star rating is that 1) The water pressure in the master shower was abysmal and the shower head unit was awkwardly situated and looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. 2) The property is a long walk from the beach (about 20 minutes) and we felt that the listing was a little over-optimistic about the location relative to the beach.

Nicely secluded within suburba

Despite the house being close to neighbors to where one can hear the next play basketball, the yard is designed in a way to still afford privacy in the back yard lounging or while swimming. The house is huge despite being one story, ao is well equipped to handle families even with children. I got it alone for the fact that it was one of the few left unbooked that boast a heated pool and various types of bathtubs -- a jacuzzi bathtub spa along with standard tubs; but mainly I booked because of the heated pool and outdoor hot tub. My only complaint is the hot tub did not actually function like a true hot tub, but that's because it was cold outside and I asked them to turn up the pool heat which oddly meant sacrificing how hot the hot tub would get -- I suspect now buying a pool of my own to convert into heated that they own a heat pump and not a truely electric or gas or passive solar heated pool (I have learned heat pumps will struggle when going above 85°F) and if my hypocrites about them having limitations due to only having a heat pump to heat the pool well if they have a full fledged heater then they were being cheap (I'm also first hand now learning how expensive it is to opperate a heated pool in winter above 85°F lol, and while I empathize I am still demanding being that it is a rental and should be charged for to cover costs instead of skimped). Anyway, the host did indeed turn up the heat regardless if a heat pump or their energy bill begged them otherwise, and thus I had a wonderful stay while enjoying the pool during cold winter nights :) it was perfect after all I will highly consider staying here again, so long as they keep the pool warm enough for me if I am there during cold seasons. It is a wonderful place, and very beautiful -- it felt like a mini-palace private court yard regarding the backyard decor a vibing feeling no other place gave me (if that's your thing, it was a new interesting feeling for me lol maybe because I had the place all to myself alone lol).

Like a personal Resort

Wonderful place and location. Very private despite neighbors close by. Main reason for booking was for the fancy tub, jacuzzi, and heated swimming pool. The tub jets don't turn on unless the water is above the jets, so at first I thought it didn't work but it works. The only issue I had here was, the water pressure in all showers was very low (they will likely fix this though). Really can't beat a private heated pool all to yourself :) they could charge more than they are currently imho
