It was great peaceful and quiet Only one thing the pool would not get warm But the manager was great and the service tried to get it work. I still give them a five because they customer service was awesome.

Only 10 in the property. No hairdryer or iron in property. Got both a day later. Had a problem with the some of the sockets in the kitchen. Was sorted a few days later.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had numerous problems with the house and the lack of communication from Florida Spirit homes during our stay. The house had many concerns: Missing blinds in the bedroom facing the street. We needed to put up a sheet for privacy. An icemaker/water dispenser that was unplugged when we got there and leaked all over when they plugged it in. Obviously it had be previously broken and never addressed. The tv in the kids rooms did not work. We called or emailed every other day. They did send 2 workers out both arrived without notice and only looked at the problems. They said they'd need to call in orders. There were broken lamps, hanging smoke alarms, the entire row of outlets by the stove didn't work. We were told three times that we would receive an email discussing compensation for our experience. It never came. No response to emails or texts.The house was not in a gated community so we had fliers left on our windshield. One evening, someone spread wax on our van windows. No idea why. And there were handprints on the garage door where it appeared someone tried to open it. We reported this to Florida Spirit Homes, with pictures, no reply.It's sad because we have used this company in the past and had good experiences. This is why I was so surprised at the lack of response or follow through.

The community is very quiet and peaceful! The house could use more cooking utensils, dish cloths, and the walls could use a nice paint job and also probably needs a new air filter. Extra fans or ceiling fans would also be a great touch for guests. I would definitely consider renting this location again.

Our problems started day one with the very dirty pool and the unswept pool deck. It was covered in cigarette butts, fake eye lashes, and fake nails. Also, a disgusting amount of hair balls and plastic packaging in the pool.Second, the house phone was dead. So when a smoke alarm started its warning beeps for low battery, we either turned on our data and got a 12 dollar charge or went out and bought a 9volt battery and changed it ourselves.... We still couldn't reach anyone at the property management as their office wasn't open after 5pm on the days we called.Last but not least, the kitchen tap leaked, and the fridge water was turned off because it leaked. There could have been ice trays provided with the water turned off. Also, there is a 6-hour window every saturday between guests to get that fixed.Overall, it was not a bad house, but with all the rules, we expected the house to be immaculate

When pulling up to the property I have to say itā€™s absolutely beautiful. The online photos gives the exterior no justice. The neighborhood is quite and family friendly. When sitting in the pool it was nice to see other neighbors laughing and enjoying themselves. Unfortunately this is where the positivities stops. The interior of the property is not hailed to the same standards. When entering the home the excitement my guest and I felt when first pulling up quickly faded away. When renting homes like this itā€™s to get away from the dreaded feeling of staying in a hotel. Itā€™s to offer a home away from home environment. This was not the case for this home. The furniture was clearly bought from a warehouse that cheap motels use. It was unacceptable. The first living room area was okay but it went downhill from there. The second living area couches where very outdated, dirty, and looked broke. My guest and I were disgusted so we decided not to go in that area. But the most disappointing areas of this home were the bedrooms!!! The beds were absolutely outdated and uncomfortable. The mattress are old and low for the motel bed fames they sit on. The sheets and comforters were dirty with multiple strains. It was so bad that we had to go to Walmart to buy sheets to put over the beds, this is the FIRST any of us had to do that. The bathroom shower curtains were moldy and torn. Now the pool area, as I stated before it was nice to see the neighbors enjoying themselves and we were looking forward to doing the same and we did but unfortunately it was after a cleaning. My guest and I had to clean out the pool first of bugs and other things just to enjoy the outdoors. The patio needed to be hose down. Once cleaned we were finally able to swim. While swimming it was noticed that trash from previous guest was still in the area, which were disappointing to see. Our overall stay was great but there are things this host need to change.

Thanks for the hospitality! What a great home! Everything we needed was pretty much provided. I would definitely recommend an upgrade of mattresses and throw in a laundry basket to use for doing laundry. House was super clean, pool was warm and clean! Nice quiet neighborhood and well groomed yard! I definitely would recommend and did! Weā€™ll be back!

Best way to vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean! Bright and with the open concept we were able to enjoy our time while not out enjoying the awesomeness of the area! Everything we needed was within the house, with the exception of no beach/pool towels. Otherwise, we had everything we needed!Pool area was great and secure with a screen fence to keep the little ones safe! That was an added comfort bonus!Management support was great and super responsive when we had issues with the cable (we have a different carrier, so we didnā€™t get how to work it). The ONLY thing Iā€™d recommend would be to have beach towels and more comfortable beds. They were a little dated and loud when moving around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoy staying in the vacation house, Florida Paradise. Felt like we were at home. Looking forward to next year. The only thing wrong was only one television worked in the bedrooms, but we were so busy that when we returned to the house we either got in the pool or went to bed. So it wasn't a big problem. Had a wonderful time.

Home away from Home!

Reviewer Comments: I loved staying at Florida Paradise, we had 2 families and we fit very comfortably in this 5 bedroom home. The pics don't do it justice we were awed when we walked in. Pool is fantastic and the hot tub was a wonderful retreat after a long day at Disney. Katie from Florida Spirit was extremely helpful when booking and once we were in the house. Also, Florida spirit recommended "derenter" to rent a crib and grill and they were very prompt and courteous. I would absolutely stay again, in fact we're already thinking about next year!
