A 2-block fishing area is directly in front of the building and provides hours of free entertainment; no fishing license required! The kids will love the skate park, basketball courts and a park, all within a two-block area. This is an ideal location for events at the inlet, West Ocean City, fishing charters or the horses at Assateague Island And don't forget to bring your binoculars to take in all the sea life & waterfowl from your balcony!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor and Crab Cove on the Harbor is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided of which one is in the garage.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Fishing license is not required for the pier in front of the unit, but fishing regulations must be followed.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located between 2nd and 3rd streets.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
