Komplett renoviert für den Sommer 2019 !! Diese tolle 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder untere Wohnung einer Maisonette hat neue Böden, Küche und Badezimmer! In der Nähe eines der besten Surfstrände von Newport und nur wenige Schritte vom Sand entfernt. Dies ist ein perfektes Strandhaus für einen Familienurlaub. Es wurde professionell dekoriert und komplett eingerichtet mit allem, was Sie für Ihr Zuhause in der Ferne benötigen.

Durch die Eingangstür betreten Sie das Wohnzimmer mit Gewölbedecken, reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Flachbildfernseher. Auf der Vorderseite der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Schiebetür, die zu einer Terrasse mit Strandblick, einem Grill, einem Terrassentisch, Stühlen und einem Sonnenschirm führt.

Zurück auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein malerischer Speisesaal direkt neben der komplett weißen, neu gestalteten Pantryküche. Die gestapelte Wäscherei befindet sich direkt neben der Küche, was in Strandhäusern nicht immer der Fall ist.

Den Flur hinunter befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 frisch renovierte Badezimmer. 3 Fernseher - Wohnzimmer und die ersten 2 Schlafzimmer. SLP12937

Beautiful Beach House

Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

Perfect beach getaway

Located steps from the sand, this property is perfectly situated in a quieter part of Newport Beach, but is still within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and bars. We enjoyed dinners and afternoons on the front patio and had everything we needed to bbq or cook meals. We would definitely go back to this unit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself is gorgeous. One block from the beach, the location can't be beat. It's recently been renovated and the kitchen/patio is wonderful for small groups. However, our overall experience was quite unpleasant due to the fact that the guaranteed parking spot was unavailable for the first 1.5days of our stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, there were no paper towels on the holder, and there was a bag of dirty linens left in the living room from the previous renters. Although the house itself was great, I would be hesitant to rent from this company again due to their unresponsiveness and maintenance/cleaning services.

We completely understand your frustration about the garage parking spot and we really wish we could have resolved this quicker for you. We tried contacting the guest in the B unit multiple times to move their oversized car, but were not able to get ahold of them as quickly as we wished, so unfortunately we were not able to get the guest to move their car until a day and a half later. We understand parking is a hassle and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. We are so sorry about the laundry bag; our cleaning crew is extra busy in the summertime and that must have been an oversight. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your understanding. Just an OK rental

Beware- it has no AC (which was disclosed) but it is HOT! There wasn’t much of a breeze that came through the windows and the front sliding glass door needs some work to be able to open it. The pictures of the place look much better than it is. Needs work. It was fine for what we needed it for, sleeping, otherwise we really weren’t there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charming little beach house. Great location walking steps to the beach and a quick bike ride to the pier. We new the one bathroom would be an inconvenience. And the parking space is for a compact car only. The house also did not include many things as far as toiletries, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc that would be expected. I have rented beach homes before where all these items are stocked as well as coffee and other nice touches. The house also could have been cleaned much more thouroughly.

Beach House Close to the Sand

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the positive features of the home: it was convenient, close to the sand, clean, queen beds in each room, close to food, bike rentals, etc. Overall, the description on the website was accurate. However, there were several things that were disappointing. First, the property sleeps 8. The kitchen lacks many basic items you would expect when feeding a family of 8, such as: no pot holders, no dish towels, no sponge, no large frying pan (2 small ones), no salad or mixing bowls, the cookie sheet was too big so the oven door wouldn't close with the cookie sheet inside. Also,the ice maker was broken (4 ice trays were provided), there were NO additional kitchen trash bags other than the 1 that was inside the trash can when we arrived! Before our vacation, I called NBVP 3 times and emailed once, to ask about the contents of the kitchen. My email was not answered and when I called to follow up, the property mgr. said she didn't get it. I was told she would call me back with an answer to my questions, but she never did. Finally, on my 3rd try, I was told that they didn't know what was included in the kitchen. It's up to each property owner. There was no list of included items. :( Finally, the maintenance man came twice, in the middle of our stay, while we were home, to measure and install a screen door. We were given no advance notice for either visit, as is required by the lease.

The only way 2 cars can fit in this space is if the car is size of a Prius or similar size.The ceilings are thin so you can hear the above unit even walking around if you are not a heavy sleeper pack ear plugs. Besides that the house was clean updated and in a great location.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was clean easy to access and 3 houses from the beach! Minimalist modern feel.

Beautiful home updated recently.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside of the house was perfect. The rental company should disclose no SUV for the garage space. Or perhaps charge for one space. The only way 2 cars can fit in this space is if the car is size of a Prius or similar size.The ceilings are thin so you can hear the above unit even walking around if you are not a heavy sleeper pack ear plugs. Besides that the house was clean updated and in a great location.

Modern and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location- steps from the beach. This home is nicely appointed and is perfect for a family get-a-way. The parking is ridiculously tight in the garage. Took serious skill to fit my tiny sports car in. Only draw back was the parking. Noise was normal for Newport.

Beautiful getaway

Great location, nicely decorated home, clear and easy instructions on how to check in and check out. Management was great. I would highly recommend this place!!
