Wir wurden am Standort dieser Einheit verkauft, cooles Zementgebäude und üppiges tropisches Gelände. Unsere Einheit ist ruhig, keine Treppen für Mobilitätsprobleme, privat - keine Gebäude mit komplexen BBQs, die 75 Meter entfernt sind. Kamaole II Beach auf der anderen Straßenseite, weißer abfallender Sand, nächtliche Sonnenuntergänge und den ganzen Tag über Rettungsschwimmer. Kamaole II verfügt über Toiletten, Gras, Schatten, Picknicktische und Grillplätze. Unsere Unterkunft bietet rechts und rechts Golfschläger für Männer und Frauen, Liegestühle, Poolnudeln, Strandtücher und Kühlboxen, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Aloha, We are glad you enjoyed the fantastic location and the great amenities. We appreciate your feedback because it helps us think about how to improve our unit. We took our phone out of our unit because of the cost and people generally use their cell phones. By going into the Google - play store on your phone and searching for a free app called, "text now," anyone can use the wi-fi to phone back to Canada or the USA. So when in Maui, you can use it in our unit and the pool but also places like Home Depot where they have customer wi-fi. We personally have used the text now app that looks like a purple old-fashioned counter telephone from the app store. It is currently the second choice down. A safe is probably a good idea and we can look into that next time I go. Islands in the world like Hawaii and Greece are safer than a main continent so we haven't given thought to getting a safe. I think it's because of being on an island we have never had a problem. However, the world is getting more wicked and greedy. Drug addiction is on the rise everywhere which can contribute to theft so getting a safe is something we should probably all do. We had to take the dryer out of our unit because of the cost. I know, no one wants to put on a wet bathing suit-lol! Because our electricity costs on Maui are three times that of the mainland USA, the dryer was something we had to cut. An option would be to take out the washer and let people use the laundry room at the pool. It costs there, but it isn't terribly expensive because all the owner's have paid for solar panels to subsidize the electricity costs. Dated? The Kihei Kai Nani was completed in 1974 so yes some of the units are a total throw-back in time. Our largest improvements was having the bumpy walls and ceilings smoothed out. The kitchen was redone with granite and tall cabinets. But we have kept the dresser and night table with bamboo looking handles because they look Hawaiian, they are sturdy and we like them. Having the bath redone is probably next on our list, but we have enjoyed it since 2011 because of our 5 granddaughters getting sand in "places" and needing a bath! We enjoyed hosting you and are glad you enjoyed what we enjoy. The close proximity to one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches in the world. When I reach out and ask if there is any way we can make a guest's stay better, if they reply with something like a "no phone" problem I can help them out and make their stay better. Next time you are in Maui we hope to welcome you again. Mahalo, Becky Jeffs

Quiet and close to some great beaches

We stayed here for our second week in Kehei and found it to be quieter but closer to the beach than our first week was.We would definitely stay here again when we make it back to Hawaii again.

Great location and wonderful accommodations

My partner and I had a wonderful two night stay at this condo! This was just a short stay for us at the beginning of our two week Hawaii vacation and was a perfect way to kick start our trip and intro us to the beach life on the west side in Kihei. The location was perfect and the Jeff’s provide you with absolutely everything you need to make your beach time and stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the Kihei area.

Found our Aloha

Had a great stay. The short walk to the beach for our morning snorkel was perfect, love this location. Meals on the the Lanai were always nice watching the geckos and the birds. A perfect location for our Maui adventure. Would definitely come back to this unit again.

Lovely!

Perfectly located in Kihei. The place was clean and very close to beach. Check in was easy and everything was exactly as described. It’s a great place and we would recommend it!

Great location for the price

The property is in an excellent location.. walking distance to great beach and restaurants. The complex was a bit loud in the morning and slightly dated, but clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the convenience of the provided beach chairs and golf clubs. The host was great a communication and being available for questions.

Aloha Mindi, Thank you for your stay and the review. Kihei Kai Nani complex was built in Kihei which is an older town that was established in the 60's. Kihei Kai Nani was built in the 70's and over the years, things that need replaced get replaced. If they don't need replaced, they give a Kihei-retro vibe.

Perfect getaway

This place is perfect for 2 and in a great location. It really fit our need for this trip and was safe, clean, and a really smooth overall process. The host was nice and communicative!

The best home away from home!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay in Maui and this was the perfect place for us. It was comfortable, in a great location, and provided everything we needed during our three week stay. Becky was accessible and welcoming, and we never had to contact her for anything as the condo had it all. We highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for the best home away from home.

Maui condo

Great central location across from beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. Private, quiet apartment with good bed and well equipped kitchen. Includes beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Had a great time.

Home away from Home

This property was just perfect for our stay! Condo was in a great location, well-stocked and very clean! Becky was great at reaching out to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again! Condo complex was in a great location - across the street from the beach and next to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect birthday trip

I had a great time at Becky’s and John’s place. It’s strategically located. There is a beautiful and quiet beach just across the street. I loved they had beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use if you want to spend time at the beach. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a comfortable vacation : )

We have traveled to lots of beaches in the world but fell in love with Maui because of the warm evening temperatures and the beautiful sand beach across the street. We bought our home there in 2011 and are still in love with Maui.
We enjoy being active and healthy and Maui lends itself to that. We enjoy snorkeling, shuffleboard, golfing (golf clubs in unit),going for walks and star gazing,
We enjoy being social, welcoming guests and keeping in touch. The BBQ and gazebo with gathering area allows us to (reserve it!) be social, enjoy dinner and mingling with friends and other guests.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

When we came across the Kihei Kai Nani we knew we struck gold on location for sure. It was love at first sight with the white sand beach, sunshine and lifeguards included. We wanted the waterfront across from where we were buying to be sand instead of lava rock so we could easily swim off a sandy shore - we do that almost daily when we are here!
Ground floor is cooler than upper floors and no stairs from the pool or parking lot into our unit(easy carrying groceries). We enjoy the swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding across the street at Kam II beach where we also watch the sunset. We like the short walking distance to budget friendly restaurants or upscale ones. Walking distance for happy hour can be a good idea. Shopping is also nearby if we need clothes, groceries, sunscreen or a bottle of wine.

- No elevator or stairs to climb
- Two nearby BBQ's. We have one just 75 ft. away and a second bbq out our front door.
- Pool location is just across the main driveway.
- Grass, just off the patio seems like an extra room.
- Walking distance to stay without rental car.
- Budget friendly and upscale restaurants are close walking distance. The City bus runs on our road every half hour to the Shops of wailea or King Kameah Kameah Mall. Star fruit can be picked off a tree on our grounds by going to the office and borrowing a star frui t picker.
