This custom built barndominium is one of the most unique hospitality experiences in all of Kentucky, with a prime location less than 2 miles from the newest distillery on the Bourbon Trail - Garrard County Distilling Company.

★ The barnhouse is perfect for large group gatherings. In addition to the 6 bedrooms and 12 beds, there's also two additional couches for additional sleeping space. There are 2 king size beds, 4 queen size beds, 2 full size beds. and 4 twin size beds. 3 full bathrooms on the main floor and an additional half bath off the foyer.

★ The arcade is located on the 2nd floor of the home and includes a SkeeBall machine, Pop-A-Shot, Foosball, retro arcade machines, and a PlayStation gaming center.

★ The home theater, also on the second floor of the home, includes a massive 85" flat screen smart TV with 20 comfy leather recliners for guest use.

★ There is also a 'party shed' which is a 1500 sqft large shed structure across from the barnhouse, which includes a golf simulator, hot tub, custom built sports bar with 2 smart TV's, pool table, 30ft custom indoor pergola, lounge area, bourbon barrel high top tables entertainment space, giant life sized connect four, and cornhole. ALSO includes a massive 30ft interactive mural map of the Bourbon Trail!

★ The custom hexagon pergola fire pit is located on the right side of the home outside, in addition to a patio, grill, and outdoor dining space.

★ There is a dedicated home office space in one of the king suites for the remote workers in your group or the folks who need to pop open their laptops in a quiet office space.

★ The barndominium was mindfully crafted with the most unique touches - 3 custom cupolas with dusk to dawn solar lighting, stairway, catwalk and beams repurposed and restored from a bridge from a nearby town, rustic tin ceiling panels throughout, and life sized wallpaper decor with century old family recipes.
