Not all vrbo's are the same. Ours receives the highest reviews. We always very conscious about having clean sheets on the bed and extras available just in case a thread or hair from the dryer is found. The thick comforters, mattress pads and duvets for extra comfort are always provided, as are 4 fluffy pillows for comfort. Even though he wasn't on site, our maintenance man stayed close by just in case anything was needed and we are always updating our 1904 property for comfort and beauty. You arrived just as we were finishing our new roof and we were happy to set aside the ladder. We keep our fridge stocked with condiments just in case you forgot yours. However, when I saw your 6 coolers for your 11 guests, I figured you had thought of everything. We were happy to gather wood for the firepit and put rockers by the fire. It adds more fun to our guests' stay. I have found that showing our guests the extra towels and linens and the outdoor patios and porches makes their stay a greater experience. Kindness is what we share with our guests. One way I extended my kindness was when your sons toy gun was lost but I happily found in the yard and returned. I hope that made his stay happier. No one likes losing their vacation gifts! I'm glad your stay was a nice one and glad that your 11 guests enjoyed my home away from home at such a good rate. Not all guests are the same either...that's why we try to please each one that visits!

Kevin booked our home for 2 people. After questioning him, there were actually between 9 and 11 coming. I offered my opinion of our stove and told kevin it cooked fast. Stoves are different, some cook slower or faster than others. Its a great stove, but i give my cooking opinion to guests. We had a recent storm and we picked up sticks from the 135 year old trees in our yard. We placed them in the fire pit to burn. We have 5 sets of china in the china cabinets and cupboards for guest. Surely our plates fit a normal microwave. In 12 years no guests have complained. And as far as a cobweb in a cabinet i have no idea. Kevin was only staying 2 nights. I really don't think guests load the chests with clothes for 2 nights. Kevin didn't mention the beautiful interior, comfy, clean beds or the spotless clean bathrooms. Karen, I mean Kevin, had asked if he could partially pay before booking and I had to say no. I'm afraid Kevin didn't mention all the details. He chose just to mention grass growing in December, sticks in a firepit and a cob web in the back of a cabinet. Sorry Kevin wasn't pleased with his stay. We'll burn those sticks and get that cobweb gone immediately.
