Vor kurzem umgebautes, fabelhaftes Haus am Seeufer in SW Cape Coral! Urlaub an den acht Seen mit Südlage in der Villa Thunderbird View! Tolle Aussicht auf den Thunderbird See mit direktem Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko! Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie sich in dieser weitläufigen Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Dieses Haus ist sehr schön mit Möbeln und Dekor ausgestattet. Die schöne offene Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und brandneuen Geräten aus Edelstahl ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein großer (doppelter) beheizter Pool, ein Billardtisch und ein Bootsanleger. Der Master-Bereich verfügt über einige begehbare Kleiderschränke und im Badezimmer gibt es ein schönes Atrium. Das ganze Haus verfügt über wunderschöne architektonische Fenster und Gewölbedecken. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett und beide Bäder sind in voller Größe. Der Master ist mit einer separaten Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer und in allen Schlafzimmern gibt es einen Flachbildfernseher. WiFi im ganzen Haus. Die Villa Thunderbird View befindet sich in günstiger Lage in der Nähe aller Geschäfte und Restaurants. In der Nähe von Tarpon Point Marina und Cape Harbour. Zwei exquisite Salzwasserseen, der Thunderbird Lake und der Britannia Lake, verankern diese exklusive Gemeinschaft und sind in Kleeblatt-Konfigurationen für optimale Wasserblicke konzipiert. Diese künstlichen Seen bieten den Bewohnern Erholung im Hinterhof und einen einfachen Zugang zu den warmen Brisen des Golfs von Mexiko von einem Ort in der Stadt.

Bitte beachten Sie: Strom wird für dieses Haus separat in Höhe von 12 USD pro Tag berechnet. Diese Gebühr wird zum Zeitpunkt der Schlusszahlung erhoben und gilt als vorausbezahlter Nutzungswert. Fantastic Place!

Great place to stay..

Our entire family had a wonderful time. There were bikes and kayaks as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets to see from the deck. We had two small issues and they were handled immediately and so professionally. We highly recommend this property..

Perfect stay!

This was our favorite location we've stayed at in Cape Coral. We loved being on the "lake" versus a narrow canal. The sunset views were outstanding. The deck was super nice next to the lake. We fished off the dock and caught a couple of fish. It was cooler in the lanai pool area, which was nice! The pool was extremely clean, along with the house itself. Everything was in working order. Highly recommend!!!

Just Amazing

My family absolutely loved this place. We have stayed in multiple homes around Cape Coral and fort Meyers area but this was by far our favorite. The only thing I highly recommend is to get a mattress topper for the master bedroom. The wife and I made the kids sleep in it while we took the smaller room because the bed was brutal. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you

Great vacation rental

This house was everything as described. Beautiful house, well stocked kitchen, and great pool. My grandkids loved the pool! The only disappointment was a nice pool table with all but one pool cue damaged with broken tips. The table looks like it could use a good cleaning too. Other than the table, the house was great. Would definitely consider renting again.

the home was nice, had several things that didnt work bathroom sinks, several broken chairs on the deck to name a few. The kitchen was recently redone was nice. The management team was NON RESPONSIVE. The vacation was awesome - before vaca the management team responded to text, emails -after they got our payment and we needed them - NO response.

Location is great - customer service wasn't the most timely in their responses.

The house was on a quiet street, close to businesses and was very nice inside with a great view. Suggestion would be to have lap blankets or afghans on the couch. Nothing to cover up with except a large quilt.However, we reported an issue with a murky hot tub on Monday, Mar. 10th and then followed up later the next day checking on when the pool person would be out and let them know that now the pool was very green as well. The pool person showed up on Mar. 12th, state he hadn't been out for 2 weeks, then added a lot of chemical to clean both the pool and hot tub making them unusable until after dinner. This was a big disappointment for our grandkids as we planned to be in the pool and hot tub that day since it was our last full day at the property. We ended up going to a fun park for the grandkids which cost us money we hadn't planned to spend.We are trying to work with the owner and property management company but no response after multiple text message. I would not recommend due to the lack of response on the pool/hot tub issues.

I hope to return to this property

We were extremely happy with this home. It was spacious enough for our group. The setting on the water, was amazing, and we enjoyed sunsets and sunrises. The pool was used more than we thought we would. I was disappointed that the indoor stove/oven had a crack in one of the larger burners, so I did avoid cooking on it, however the gas grill helped out with most of our cooking. The area was quiet, and the neighbors that we did meet were very nice and quite helpful in giving us recommendations for restaurants and directions. The immediate area also provided lots of things to do without having to drive so far. For example the nature park and trails, the marina and water taxi right down the road, and so close to markets and so many other amenities. I am hopeful we can return to this home next year, and if all goes well, even extending our stay. Unfortunately two of the 4 bikes that were at the house were not in working condition, so I would suggest that if they are advertised to be available with the house, they get fixed so people can use them. Also, beach chairs were brought over by the property manager (very timely), but there were only two of them and one was broke. Since we are beach people too and maybe other renters are too, having beach chairs when visiting the beaches is important. One last thing, the night before we left, two very large palmetto bugs were found in the bedroom closest to the garage, but in Florida’s it’s to be expected. We would love to have feedback too as we are extremely interested to return next year. Thank you for sharing this home.

House was OK, management company was terrible

Overall the house was OK. The property mgt was terrible though. I have multiple text threads with the mgt company (Roelens Vacations) as documented proof. On the first day I reported that the pool heater and pool light were not working and after 7 nights and checking out, they still were not fixed. Pool company came on day 4 and said the filter was "very dirty" and he wasn't authorized to replace it, of fix the light or the heater. The pool filter was very dirty because half of the roof rain run off flows directly into the pool turning it yellow/brown (videos and images sent to the property mgr). 2 cockroaches were discovered in the kitchen (one was in a bag of food) and we were told not to worry as they are normal in Florida and that pest control would be out. They also never showed up during our 7 days. After our vacation, we contacted pest control ourselves and found out that the mgt company wasn't honest regarding their interactions with us. I suspect the same about the pool light and heater based upon neither being fixed. We contacted the property mgr daily as well as the main office about our concerns. The prop mgr showed up on our last day and was shocked at how the pool looked due to the filter and rain run off. We kept hearing "I am working on it" but nothing was resolved. The office manager was supposed to call us once we left. That was 5 days ago and still nothing even tho I have texted daily to the property mgr. Very disappointed in our stay.

Overall the home was fine. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars because it’s in need of some general updating and repair. Everything worked , but it was a little below what I would want for this level of expense. For example- a couple cabinet doors in kitchen we’re in poor condition. Some of the furniture showed obvious wear . The main slider to the patio( where you’ll spend most of your time) was dirty and didn’t operate smoothly. The lanai was in disrepair and the pool needs work. Again, nothing disastrous, but certainly sub par.

Amazing Week

The house was beautiful and well described. The views were amazing. There was 7 of us and we were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were set to the perfect temperatures and very clean. The Dock was an amazing touch. The home is close to all amenities and we walked to most places we went. I wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back soon!

We loved staying at this house! Great pool, hot tub, deck. Love the time sitting out watching the fish hop. Good stores, food nearby. Would recommend!
