BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Amazing Condo, with never ending views
We came down for spring break, the well stocked kitchen supplies allowed us to make dinner and all breakfast which was nice. Keurig and standard coffee maker with reusable filter, plenty of pots and pans along with a cookie sheet. Also the blender is perfect for Margaritas. Numerous fantastic views, we spent time on beach and indoor pool and sauna (dry). Really nice place with ample parking and walking distance to a large souvenir shop. Right up the road from Wolf Bay (top notch seafood). The outdoor pool is nice but too cold in April. I would stay again, wonderful place.

We had a fantastic spring break week at the beach at this rental! Plenty of space for our family of 5. The views and location on the beach were perfect. The rental was very clean (know that means everything is cleaned out between guests so even things like salt and pepper, foil, hand soap, an extra trash bag that frequently get left behind for the next renter are all removed between guests and you will need to shop/bring your own). We loved coffee in the morning on the balcony, bought crawfish and crab legs down the road at a place that streams them for you to eat at home, Del’s ice cream was delicious (but packed!), went to The Wharf for Tee Off and Escape Room (both great teenage activities). The Gulf for lunch on the way in was awesome, The Hangout on our last night was a must do experience! We took a beach break one day and went to the outlet mall in Foley (great stores). We will be back again and will add a dolphin boat tour, in shore fishing tour, and more crab legs dinners to our list.

Shoalwater 1206 - is in a great location!! Fully remodeled and you can tell this unit is well taken care of. There is plenty of space for family/friends. The view from the corner balcony is amazing!! I highly recommend this property for your Orange Beach vacations.

Beautiful condo
The condo was clean and looked just like all the pictures. The only issue we had was a clogged toilet, and Beachball sent someone out within a couple of hours to fix it. Communication was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome view and newly renovated!
Amazing view and newly updated. Three bedrooms and 3 nice bathrooms. Lots of seating on the large balcony. Room for at least 12 people to sit on the balcony. Very quiet. Top floor! Away from elevator. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Great kitchen. Everything we needed. Easy beach access. Will stay again. Loved it!

Condo was newly renovated.. enjoyed staying right on the beach.. only thing we didn’t like was not being able to get an extra parking pass, there was plenty of empty parking places, we had to park one car at a realtors parking lot down the street and pay $50.00 ….

The beds were cleaned I love the kitchen only one thing more dishes to cook! The shelf were little dusty but Everything was fine! Elevator needs to get fixed because one time did moved from floor 10 and I have to get out ! Thanks but more important there beds were cleaned

The girlfriends had a great stay at Shoalwater. It had just been newly remodeled. Just a few things that needed to be tweaked, like there were no lamps, soap dishes in the bathrooms. Not enough dishwasher pods or detergent or toilet paper for 5 women and only one hair dryer. We gave our input and feel very comfortable that all these “little “ things will be attended to. In the scheme of things, these things were so minor as we enjoyed the view, the new outdoor furniture was fantastic. Would we go back? In a Minnesota minute!!!
