Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The heart of the home is a generous family room anchored by a 65" Roku Smart TV and two queen memory foam pull-out sofas - perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings before a day at the parks. High-speed WiFi (357 Mbps) keeps everyone connected, and multiple Roku Smart TVs throughout the home stream Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and more. A dedicated workspace with a private door is available for anyone who needs to catch up on work between adventures.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms:

Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage (walk-in closet, wardrobe, and dresser) are provided throughout.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from a big family breakfast to an evening feast. You'll find a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher alongside a drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and mixer. Quartz countertops, cookware, baking sheets, wine glasses, and all the essentials mean you won't need to make a single grocery store run for supplies. Pull up a chair at the large dining table inside, or take your plate outside to the pool area.
 
Outdoor & pool area
The private backyard is the centerpiece of the property. Lounge on sun loungers, sway in the hammock, gather around the outdoor dining area, or fire up the gas BBQ grill for an evening cookout. The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours - please note that pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee. Pool toys are included for the little ones.
 
Game room & entertainment
When the pool needs a break, head to the fully air-conditioned game room loaded with arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, life-size games, and a Roku Smart TV. The indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground ensure younger guests are never short of something to do, and the home also includes children's books and toys for all age groups, board games, and books and reading material for quieter moments.
 
Family essentials
Families with little ones are well catered for - a crib, Pack 'n Play, standalone high chair, baby bath, and children's dinnerware are all on hand. Babysitter recommendations are available if you'd like a night out.

Three bathrooms serve the home, including the master ensuite with its soaking tub and bidet. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products are all provided.
