This house was incredible! We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years. This place is #1 on our list. Host is great, and very accommodating. Very clean, Great pool, Great neighborhood, We can't wait to return. Excellent!!!

Summer vacation

This is a great property. It is well maintained, furnished and the layout is super. The outdoor area by the pool is great for dining, relaxing, watching the game and swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and would stay here again. Owner communicates clearly and promptly. Check in directions were clear and concise.

Spectacular Family Spring Break Experience

House was more than we expected. Appreciated all of the amenities provided (Fully stocked bathrooms, kitchen, waffle maker, Blackstone)...really too many to list. So many nice little touches everywhere (chargers in rooms and by the pool). Russ was a perfect host and responded to messages quickly. We will be back for sure!

My review in one word: OutstandingI cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Russell’s home to do it justice. He was the supreme host: responded quickly to any request or question and made recommendations to enhance our stay. The home was beyond our expectations. We have been spending a month at Champions Gate each Winter for the past 6 years. Our time in Russell’s home and his hospitality has, by far, been the best. The location is perfect: close enough for an easy walk to the Oasis Club House, but not so close as to be bothered by excessive traffic. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools needed to easily prepare and serve a large group. There is a spacious dining table inside, but we mostly used it for games and had our meals on the outdoor lanai table. The furniture was extremely comfortable: the couches and reclining chairs with the LARGE screen TV in the family room made evening TV watching almost a theater level experience. All bathrooms were well stocked. The upstairs common area provided a space for some remote work. Most of our time was spent on the lanai. The spa/pool was a stand out. Russell’s home has a true heated pool which allowed us to enjoy the spa on even the cooler days of our stay. In addition to this stand out pool, the plentiful lounge chairs, couch and outdoor TV made this area very comfortable. We spent many hours just relaxing in the pool and on the lanai - vacationing at its best!

A magnificent house, host and stay

15 nights in Champions Gate, somewhere that we’ve stayed before, and this has been the best of the lot.Russell is the perfect host. The house is exactly as described and more and the kids were perfectly happy - which tells us everything.Outdoor space is great, BBQ excellent. Living space is huge and accommodates everyone easily. Huge TVs in all rooms with a great TV package - baseball every night!Bedrooms and bathrooms huge as well and very comfortable.And most of all - Russell has thought about just about everything to make our stay perfect. Little things like washing tabs, water, juice, etc.We will be back for sure.

Excellent house with everything

Kitchen had all required amenities, even an “everything” drawer, lol. Russ was an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had. Pool and hot tub worked excellently with nice patio area with lounge chairs and also a Blackstone grill for meal prep. TV’s in every room with a large size family room sectional around a monster TV. Upper lounge area, also with an additional TV. We’ll be back!

This house is outstanding! Russell is an excellent host -- very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well maintained. It is furnished with everything you could possibly need, including phone chargers in every room. We loved the pool area for dining, swimming and hanging out. The location is great and it is easy to get to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!
