Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home
This single-level retreat sleeps up to 12 guests and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it well suited for families and groups traveling together. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and thoughtful touches throughout keep the space comfortable year-round. A private entrance and driveway parking add to the ease of arrival.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms are set up as master suites, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. One additional bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed. In the family room, two queen memory foam pull-out sofas provide flexible sleeping options. Bed linens, extra pillows, room-darkening shades, and ample clothing storage help everyone settle in comfortably.

Living, play, and work
The main living area centers around a large HDTV with Roku and standard cable, paired with streaming-ready access. A dedicated game room brings everyone together with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style games, and life-size games, all in a fully air-conditioned space. There is also a children’s playroom stocked for a range of ages, plus books and board games throughout the home. For remote work or quiet moments, a dedicated workspace with fast, verified WiFi and an Ethernet connection is available in a separate room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and longer stays, with full-size appliances, dishwasher, and generous prep space. A dining table anchors shared meals indoors, while outdoor dining by the pool offers a relaxed alternative when the weather invites you outside.
