Iconic Home In a Great Location

I stayed here with some girlfriends this past weekend and we had the absolute best time! The pool and backyard are an oasis of their own. The property managers are very communicative and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

We've rented homes in the West Palm Beach area the past few years. This is now our favorite. The house was well appointed, clean, comfortable. The pool was very nice and location great and safe too!We'll be back!

Palm Paradise

The property itself was as advertised and I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. The only downside was the construction surrounding the house and backyard while we were there. It was loud with music from the construction workers and also noise from diggers and compression machinery that ran all day.

Warm, peaceful escape from winter

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Palm Paradise with our newborn son. Our goal was to escape the winter in the northeast to take walks and relax by the pool in warm weather, and this house was perfect for both. The house was spacious, clean, and equipped with most things we needed / wanted. The backyard was beautiful and the neighborhood was perfect for walking - safe, clean, and quiet. The location cannot be beat - a short walk to the inter coastal waterfront walking path and a short drive to restaurants in WPB and Palm Beach. Check in and check out were easy, and communication with the property manager was great. Recommended improvements: 1) Increase temperature of the pool based on weather - 85 degrees in January is much different than 85 degrees in April. It was in the 40s the days before our trip and the pool was cold for most of our stay, which was disappointing considering a heated pool was the primary reason for booking this home. 2) Consider replacing the carpeting on the staircase. It is quite dated and uncomfortable to walk on. 3) Consider providing a drip coffee maker in addition to the Keurig, which seems more appropriate for a smaller home. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!

The perfect house for a girls getaway trip!

The home was immaculate, everything smelled so freshly washed. The pool/backyard were event better than pictured! The beds were like clouds, kitchen was adorable, and everything was in perfect working order. We needed one more pair of sheets upon arrival for the pull out sofa, and the property manager promptly assisted us so we were set for the evening. Everyone I who stayed with me loved this home - highly recommend staying!

Nice property but not made for tall people, no functioning wifi/cable

Overall, property was nice. They definitely modernized most features in the home while keeping a colonial feel. MAJOR NEGATIVE was that there was NO WIFI OR CABLE. Had I known this beforehand, I would NOT have booked this property. I spent way more time than I wanted trying to resolve this and eventually spoke directly to AT&T who requested I stay home during a specific 4 hour window in order to troubleshoot this. During a 2 day vacation, I was not going to do that. This house is not built for people who are tall (6 foot or more?). One of the guests had to duck to not hit his head while going up and down the stairs. Some of the carpets were dirty. The carpet on the stairs hurt to walk on. The doors to the bathrooms were tough to open and close. MAJOR POSITIVE the backyard pool area was beautiful! They have really created a nice setup in the back with the pool layout area being a perfect size for a toddler to splash in. They had floaties to lay out on and inflatables too. Even thought the backyard was incredible, I don't think I would stay here again.

It appears that a TurnKey agent did connect with you regarding the internet and cable connection issues, but you requested that we address these concerns after your departure. Please know that an external wire was cut and has since been repaired, restoring the internet and cable connections. We wish we had known about your other concerns regarding the stained carpet and interior doors so that we could have tried to help out during your stay. The carpets have been professionally cleaned and any stains have been removed. For our guests' safety, the overhang on the stairs is being raised. Great getaway

This house was perfect for our little getaway. The three cousins met up with the kids to spend a great week bbqing and laying by the pool. Tip: don’t do laundry while showering!! Lol.
