Beautiful property with pool & padel court in the heart of Gers Tuscany

La Masia de Poumaret consists of a main house with an elegantly restored attached barn with independent access. The property has been entirely renovated since September 2023 and on the seasonal rental market since May 2024.

The main building subtly combines the old and the contemporary with high ceilings and exposed beams. The fully equipped kitchen leads to the large terrace, becoming the heart of the house. Two separate living rooms add to the warm atmosphere: one with an insert fireplace and TV screen, the other where you can enjoy board games or foosball.

The master suite welcomes you with its adjoining bathroom and dressing room, creating a private space.

Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms, each with twin beds (convertible into king size if needed) and its own bathroom.

Nestled in the transformed old barn, two beautifully decorated double bedrooms open their doors to you. A living room with exposed beams and cathedral ceiling completes this exclusive space, with direct access to the terrace. This charming annex attached to the house will be particularly appreciated by those seeking privacy.

We would like to inform you that housekeeping service is included in your rental, provided twice a week.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. You will find two refrigerators with freezers, a traditional oven, microwave, and a plancha on the terrace. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with fans.
Additionally, hair dryers are available in each bathroom.
Therefore, you can fully dedicate yourself to relaxation, exploring the surroundings, and creating precious memories with peace of mind.
