This beautiful two-story home enjoys a pristine open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. Spend your evening in the community's outdoor pool and then come back home to unwind and spread out comfortably in the living area, featuring an inviting sectional and a smart TV with streaming services. Don't forget to get your hands on some locally-sourced groceries and whip up a delectable Mexican meal in the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances. You can enjoy your scrumptious feast either at the dining table or outside in the private patio's outdoor dining area.

All three bedrooms can be found upstairs. The main suite boasts a partial AC unit, a private balcony with seating, and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and free WiFi.
