Orange Blossom Hideaway - Stunning home with sparkling heated pool, waterfall, lush citrus tree, outdoor dining & seating, corn hole, a Traeger grill and a billiard room! Dog Friendly! Tucked away in Northern Phoenix, you'll find this relaxing vacation property. Conveniently located off the 101 and Cave Creek Rd. You'll be within a short drive to Arrowhead Mall and Desert Ridge Marketplace which offers a plethora of entertainment options such as restaurants, bars, a comedy club, and endless shopping. North Scottsdale / The Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, and Westworld of Scottsdale are only a 15-20 min drive away. Westgate Entertainment District and State Farm Stadium are a 20-minute drive. Nearby are several small mountains which are great for hiking and nature walks in the Sonoran Desert.
Entering the home. you'll be delighted by it's modern design, high ceiling and flowing staircase. The billiard room sits off to your left, the office sits to your right, and the kitchen, dining room and living room are straight ahead. The billiard room has a pool table, high-top bar table, and a mounted 43" TV. This is the perfect area to shoot a game of pool while catching the game on TV! The office sits across and is equipped with a desk and chair workspace, a loveseat, and a 32" Smart TV.
The kitchen, living room and dining room are open-concept and provide plenty of room for entertaining. Spacious kitchen with black stainless steel appliances, tile countertops and a large breakfast bar that can seat up to 4 people for breakfast. There is even an espresso machine for the perfect brew! The dining table can seat up to 6 people. The living room has a large, grey sectional sofa w/ ottoman that sits in front of the gas fireplace and a wall-mounted 65" Smart TV.
The master suite is located downstairs, behind the living room. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, two nightstands w/ lamps, a sitting chair, a dresser and a 42" Smart TV. The master bathroom includes a dual vanity, tub/shower combo, private commode and a walk-in closet.
Upstairs you'll find the second, third and fourth and fifth bedrooms. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed set, a sectional sofa, and a 55" TV that sits on top of a console table. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed w/ a dresser and two nightstands w/ lamps. The third bedroom has queen sized bed w/ a dresser and two nightstands w/ lamps. The fourth bedroom has queen sized bed w/ a dresser and two nightstands w/ lamps. The fifth bedroom has a king sized bed, two nightstands w/ lamps and a 32" Smart TV that sits on top of the dresser.
Winter / Spring guests will enjoy fresh tangelos, oranges, and lemons from the fused citrus tree in the backyard. The tree has a lush selection for our guests to enjoy.
The pool can be heated for a nightly cost of $90.00 a night + tax. Please call or message Casago to arrange pool heating during your stay.

Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Dog only. Must be 1 year of age or older, well-trained, and cannot cause noise complaints.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 5 bedroom has a $275 utility allowance per 30 days ($9.17 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $275 utility cap. Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
** Additional Fee for pool heat. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature **
