The Lily Pad is a six-bedroom, 3.5-bath mountain home outside Asheville, designed around one idea: bring everyone together and let the good times sprawl across every room. This is a house where the pool table gets loud, the popcorn machine runs all weekend, and someone is always floating in the hot tub under the stars.

Downstairs, the arcade and game room hold over 300 games, a poker table, skee-ball, shuffleboard, and a giant Connect Four. Just off it, the movie lounge has a plush 10-person sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and an old-fashioned popcorn machine. The boho-styled living room centers on a gas fireplace and record player, while the updated kitchen and coffee bar keep mornings easy and dinners for eight flowing in the adjoining dining room.

Sleeping fourteen across three levels, the layout gives every group its own space:

- Upper Level King Bedroom: custom mountain woodwork

- Kids' Bedroom: twin trundle (2 twins) plus a single twin

- Lower Level Master Suite: king bed, private en suite bath

Outside is where The Lily Pad comes alive. Sink into the 7-person hot tub, sweat it out in the private sauna, or gather the crew for a movie under the stars. When evening settles in, follow the stone path to the fire pit for marshmallows and stories, or fire up the grill for a cookout. The fully fenced backyard means the dog can run free and little ones can play worry-free.
