Charming Solana Beach 1br-4 resort across from beach, Pool, Spa, dolphin watch

This luxury 1br-4 unit is located in charming Solana Beach, CA. Walk across the street and watch the dolphins from the beach access viewing point.

This unit is located within a resort located between Highway 101 and South Sierra (frontage road parallel to ocean and west of the I-5), between Lomas Santa Fe and Via de la Valle. Across the street, you can walk down to the (stairs) beach, or walk 10 minutes down South Sierra to a beach with no stairs, that is kid friendly with a large playground and grassy area in a beautiful park like setting. There's also basketball courts, bathrooms and showers. FREE PARKING. Many local and amazing restaurants within walking distance.

Within the resort are units varying in size. This listing is for a One bedroom, sleep 4 with full kitchen. There are two types of 1br's. One is located upstairs and the other is downstairs, which is why I have different 1br photos.
If staying upstairs (one flight of stairs, no elevator's), unit will have a king bed or downstairs, with a queen bed. This is the only difference. Otherwise, everything is the same. Give me your preference and I'll do my best to accommodate. If you need a guaranteed bed selection, send me an inquiry and I'll tell you what I can do first.

Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cutting board, dishes, numerous cooking utensils, pots, pans. You will also have a spacious living room with a TV, sleeper sofa for up to 2 more guests. Unit also has a patio or balcony with small table and chairs looking into the courtyard/pool area. Unit is 800 square feet. Unit has Wifi, heating (no A/C, but fans will be provided if needed. Usually the temperature is 60-70's, so it's perfect as is.).

This resort has a front desk, beautiful pool, spa, BBQ's, billiards room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, and lounge area, along with laundry room with free washers and dryers.

This property is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. Cross the bridge over Highway 101 (a 10 minute walk) and you'll find the famous Belly Up Tavern where local and famous musicians play. Check the schedule for upcoming concerts.

A farmers market is over the bridge every Sunday from noon - 4pm.

This property allows you to have it all without breaking the bank! Walk to the ocean, have ocean strolls, watch the sunset, restaurants, bars, concerts, shops and more! And just down the road is the world renown Del Mar Racetrack.
