Our PCB Vacation
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was the second time we had rented a condo in February at Coral Reef. Many of our friends stay there in the winter. My sisters and their husbands also joined us for a visit while we were there. The location on the 7th floor is wonderful. You have such a great view of the Gulf and beach. I was horrified at the condition of the guest beds because of the poor box springs. The management helped convince the owners to get new box springs which was wonderful. The condo had been “deep cleaned” but was a far cry from what I believed to be thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards had not been touched nor had the carpets and throw rugs. Again the management got the owners to spot clean the carpet, which helped considerably. I took care of baseboards and washed all throw rugs in bathrooms and kitchen. There were no serving dishes but plenty of glassware. The refrigerator should be on the list of new purchases plus the furniture should be cleaned. I can’t say enough about the rental manager staff. They helped tremendously to make our visit a good one. I would recommend this property to a friend if furniture and carpet were cleaned more.
