➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Car: Drive using your own vehicle or a rental car. Use GPS or navigation apps for directions.

Bus: Utilize the local bus system, such as Collier Area Transit (CAT), which serves Naples and the surrounding areas.

Taxi or Ride-Sharing: Hail a taxi or use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to reach your destination.

Bicycle: Ride a bicycle if the distance permits and if there are safe bike lanes or paths available.

Walking: If the distance is short and the weather permits, consider walking to your destination for a healthy and eco-friendly option.

➤ Important: Just a heads up, I only accept bookings if the main guest is 25 or older.

➤ My place is equipped with heating and A/C; however, I can`t guarantee an ideal temperature if your preference falls below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. Given the nature of short-term rentals, guests frequently come and go, and occasionally, there may be challenges with the systems due to varying usage. I appreciate your understanding that repairs might be necessary from time to time.

➤ Emergency kit: Prepare for any weather —a bin stocked with fans, batteries, flashlights, and rechargeable battery packs.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
