-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80 per day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for a maximum of 3 cars, with 2 on the driveway and 1 in the street (per Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070(c).
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
