The heat did not work. We got in changed our clothes and left for an event. Before leaving we adjusted the thermostat to 75. Upon returning 7 hours later it was freezing still! I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response until 7 hours later which at that time we were asleep. We had to turn the oven on the highest setting and use it to heat the place for the evening. Would not stay again and honestly I feel I need a refund for the inconvenience. Having asthma and being in a freezing cold home like that had me coughing and sneezing all through the night.

Certainly! Here’s a clearer version of the original sentence:"First, I want to acknowledge that they made an effort to accommodate us; however, the hot water heater was not functioning properly. Even after we were moved to an upstairs unit, the stairs were daunting. The railing was rusted and felt unsafe, making me uneasy every time I used them. Additionally, the rust streaking down the exterior of the building made it unappealing, especially considering the price we were paying. You would expect the outside to reflect the quality of the inside, which was much better, but overall, I would have preferred to stay at a hotel."

As soon as we became aware of the problem, we promptly moved you to another unit to ensure your comfort. We understand that the stairs and exterior aesthetics did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your perspective. The exteri9r upgrades are scheduled to occur spring 2025. Our team works hard to maintain our property, and we take guest concerns seriously. While unexpected maintenance issues can occur, we always strive to resolve them quickly and provide the best possible experience. We regret that our efforts to accommodate you did not meet your satisfaction. Additionally, we must address the condition of the linens after your departure. Unfortunately, they were damaged beyond normal use, requiring replacement. We appreciate guests treating our accommodations with care, and we kindly remind all visitors of our policies regarding damages. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Quick trip to travel to loved ones.

I appreciate having a place to stay at the last minute. We came out to Ohio to visit family and though we were offered a place to stay with our loved ones, we wanted to be comfortable. Some of the Hotels we searched had reviews that didn't make me feel comfortable enough to book. Thankfully I found this property. The check in process was extremely easy and parking was great. We were able to keep our vehicle parked in front of the property and it could be seen from the window. My only concerns were that the wifi was a bit spotty, there were only wash cloths and towels for 2 instead of my party of 4 and the neighbors waking us up early with music. It doesn't outweigh the benefits of our stay and I will not say that it put a huge damper on our stay because my husband caught himself singing some of the songs lol, but if you're a light sleeper like me, you may have to start your day early. I appreciate how quick our host responded to our messages. I felt safe here and was thankful to stay here. I would definitely book again. I give 5 stars because the things mentioned can be fixed and doesn't take away from the other great things about this listing. I am thankful that this place was available for us and I would recommend this property 100 percent and would book again.
