Our cool and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of the Short North. It is less than a 30 second walk to High Street/Short North. This wonderful location is very close to OSU, downtown, business center/convention center. It is also only steps from Columbus's best restaurants, bars, bustling nightlife. You will not be disappointed with this. Parking including!

Great location

This was a great location, just half a block off N. High Street and just a few blocks from the convention center. I was there for a trade show. Beautiful area. Plus lots of restaurants, art galleries and more.

Great location

We stayed at 2 properties in Short North during our trip, this one was definitely quieter and more relaxing while still being a short walk from all the shops/restaurants. Easy check in, cute space. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well and the bed could use new pillows, but overall I would recommend to others and stay there again!

Everything you need

This property has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The off-street parking is helpful and the location is close to everything the Short North has to offer. I would stay here again.

Great location!

So close to High Street, yet surprisingly quiet:) We walked everywhere. Roaming Goat Coffee, Northstar, Rossi’s, Out of the Closet thrift, Town Hall. Would stay there again.

Comfortable Spot in Great Location

Stayed here December '24 for two nights to attend a convention. The perfect cozy crash space for a pair of out-of-towners like us. Communicative and polite host. Enjoyed the lovely spiral staircase, comfortable bed, and convenient location. A walkable half-mile from the Columbus convention center with tons of amazing food, nightlife, and shopping in between. Nice looking and a great place to stay

Eric’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a cozy home in a nice location. We loved the spiral staircase! Leading up to the trip Eric was quick to reply. We did not encounter any issues during our trip.

Quiet / safe location near all activities and restaurants

Great location. I was traveling by myself. Lights in the front door and cameras made me feel safe. Very quiet area, I parked my car and walked to the Columbus convention several times a day. Property owner was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Eric for all your help.

Cozy Treehouse

It's a cute place. Didn't realize the upstairs was where the bathroom was as well. The stairs are pretty cool and unique. Being in my 40s it wasn't difficult to go up and down, but better if I was younger and more fit. I say it was treehouse like, because of that design. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Was quiet and got lots of r&r due to bein in town for a conference. Didn't have time to get to all the nice restaurants in Short North but I will next time. Be prepared for the parking to be insane. Luckily the owners can provide parking for you. Thanks Eric

Basic stay with ideal location

Hotels were booked/too expensive for a last minute trip to watch a hockey game at the Nationwide area- this ended up being a great spot for that need. We walked to the arena area several times (~15 min each way, safe at night/after dark). We also walked to the State House and back without any problems (3 mile round trip). Very close to shopping and restaurants. Off street parking was a plus too. Only negatives include that the amenities are very basic- could have had nicer decor, nicer bedding, more blankets, pillows for pull out couch, etc-- and the toilet was broken (had to manually pull chain inside back of toilet)-- and construction noise early everyday from across the street. All in all, very happy with the stay for the price.
