This is a wonderful home that was warm, welcoming, clean, comfortable, and everything you could ask for. We were there for a wedding on Johns Island and we all wish we could have stayed to just purely enjoy ourselves hanging out on the deck and walking the trail. Would go back again anytime, and may just surprise the family with that. Was just wonderful!

Perfect Kiawah

The house was wonderful! The pictures don’t lie. Location was perfectly located in Kiawah to get to all of the golf courses. The property managers responded quickly to our messages. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful facility. Lots of room. Met our needs perfectly. Was missing a few essentials-coffee filters and an iron/ironing board. Needs some new powerful bathroom fans and probably a whole home dehumidifier on the hvac system to keep the mold away. Other than that it was perfect. We’d stay there again.

Amazing accommodations

The property was so well appointed-pool floats, and towels were available on the deck. The kitchen was VERY welk stocked-to the point of a KitchenAid stand mixer! The house was pristine and Sweetgrass was super quick to remedy a very minor dishwasher issue. You will not regret renting this gorgeous house. We enjoyed our stay immensely and visit Kiawah quite often. If this house is available for future trips I’d definitely rent again. Thank you for a great getaway!

This is the perfect location for a family trip/girls getaway. The house is gorgeous, beds felt great. The patios were fantastic to just enjoy nature, try and spot a deer or two. There's even a little stream with a walking path. The pool was great. My mother has mobility issues but this house has an elevator which went from the ground up, so she got to be with us in whatever part of the house we were in. There are stairs going down to the pool, so she couldn't do that BUT, she had no plans on going to the pool so it was fine. LOL. We did have some hiccups, but Sweetgrass was super responsive. Daniel came out to help us and he is very nice. He showed us how to make sure the doors were locked, those were a little tricky. There are spiders, lots. But the house IS surrounded by trees so its to be expected. Don't be surprised to see a spider, some deer or other animals native to the island. There was a serious thunderstorm a couple of nights and we all snuggled down in our beds to just enjoy the sounds, after enjoying the storm while out on the patio first, of course.Grocery stores are close. The Nature Center was a great stop. Eating dinner at the Ocean Room, because you can't miss their ribeye. Breakfast buffet at Jasmine Porch. This was a great trip!We will definitely come back and definitely rent with Sweetgrass again.
