Designed with an open-plan living room/ bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The luxurious king bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

There is also a private balcony that overlooks the stunning views of the skyscrapers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Restaurant within the building that provides room service and retail stores just below the unit.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels, and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population.
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 800m away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development.
Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and the Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner and watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment. There is a gas station just nearby.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
