Tastefully decorated, this lovely 33m2 studio is close to various top attractions, such as the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It is located on the 14th floor and has elevator access.
This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sofa and a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. You can also access the private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove and an oven. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station which serve both the Red & Greenline, is just a 15-20-minutes walk.
DXB Airport is approximately 25-30 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just about 5-10 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is around 15-20 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is roughly 15-20 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is approximately 20-25 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
