Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!

The Calder LRT Station is also located nearby, providing quick and convenient access to the city's Light Rail Transit system. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. This property was very clean and appropriate for our conditions as we were attending two different functions in Edmonton so it was in between Saint Albert and Bonnie Doone, also very accommodating as we had some family in area that was able to visit and enjoy company together in evenings

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our home offers 4 bedrooms complete with a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds upstairs and a full sized bed & Fold down couch in the downstairs of the home.
-Our home has 2 full bathrooms in the upstairs, a half bath on the main level, and a half bath in the basement of the home.
- All equipped with plush fresh sheets and linens.
- Only a 15 minute drive to Edmonton's downtown core. Very accessible bus routes!
