Dear Kerry, I apologize for unpleasent experience yo had at my villa. For your information, the property that We rented is our private home& we rented to tourists. So maybe the standard that we have, is certainly different from the standard hotel, or villa from large management, which you usually rent. Regarding the price is relative, but it should be known, that the price of the villa, of course will always be more expensive than the price of hotel rooms. because in general the villa is a property that emphasizes privacy, so the whole place will be owned The tenant, not sharing with other guests,like in the hotel. there are also full kitchen facilities and the size of the villa is certainly bigger than the hotel room. Also for information, the location of our villa is in the tourist center of Seminyak. Certainly the villa in this area will rent more expensive than villas that are outside the area of ​​Seminyak Kuta. For the TV cable problem was from the provider,we act soon to report to our tv provider,but need few days because of on weekend thir staff have off day. for cables that are seen outside the room, we immediately tidy up, this is a good input for the future. For air conditioners that you felt are not cold, we immediately call a technician to check, clean the air conditioner and fill the freon, you show it by your self.Bali at this time very hot. even though it will affect the AC.in each room we provided ceiling fans, but we still add standing fans, according to your request. so we always try to always respond to complaints from guests, to make our guests feel more comfortable staying in our house. Sorry if it was still not enough good... For losses incurred, 100% is not our responsibility, because all of you were inside the villa, and you are the one who opened the door and let strangers come into the villa without supervision. But we immediately came & responded, after being told, we also help to report & my staff acompany you to police station & take care of everything, also ask for a letter of loss, which might later be proof of insurance claims in your country. Once again, we depthly apologize for any inconvenience that occurred during your stay, we will make all complaints as a positive input, so that our place can be better in the future. thank you
