Gute touristische Lage mit gemütlichem Ambiente. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten: trendige Geschäfte, Kunsthändler, Strandcafés, Restaurants, Bars und ein "Bintang" -Supermarkt mit vielen lokalen und internationalen Produkten. 6 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bintang Supermarkt und 10 Minuten zum berühmten Seminyak Beach und Café. Es befindet sich zwischen dem Supermarkt Bintang und dem berühmten Strand Seminyak.

Die Villa besteht aus 3 privat getrennten Schlafzimmern (die beiden getrennt durch Pool und Garten, und die dritte Treppe) mit allen 2 Meter King-Size-Betten und einem Einzelzimmer im Hauptschlafzimmer. 3 Open-Air-Badezimmer, großer Pool, tropischer Garten mit vielen balinesischen Hindu-Statuen, Küche, Esstisch und ein DOME-Form Open-Air-Wohnbereich. Fahrräder, Wify und TV-Kabel sind alle kostenlos verfügbar. Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche, Bad und Badetücher, Shampoo, Seife, Gallonen Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind voll klimatisiert und mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet.

Der Baumhausbalkon ist bei anderen Ferienhäusern kaum zu finden. Es ist sehr entspannend mit einer kühlen tropischen Brise unter einem großen Baum.

Swimming pool was great, nice open living area, rooms are far enough away from each other, garden is gorgeous This is not a 5 star villa but for the price and location and it has all what you need it is great Ben was very responsive to any queries we had

Oasis in the middle of the hectic pace

Thank you Louise, am very glad that you enjoy your stay. we always try to be very best but perhaps some people has different thought too. i certainly hope new guests always understand that open air living such ours has many great beauty but the downside many creatures can come to say hello too. the private walk way to the villa should give us better peaceful living but again you need to walk little longer to hide from motorist.

Great unique Villa set in quiet street of Seminyak

I would recommend Benedictus's Villa for a stay in Bali , he was a great host, always made himself available for any enquiries and has plenty of information on local services and activities on offer for your stay. The Villa has a large Garden with Pool and very spacious open living area for relaxing which suited our needs perfectly and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay . The Staff Putu & Ketut are great, they were very friendly and helpful. The location in the quite peaceful streets lets you retreat to an oasis behind all the activity of Seminyak . Our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would take pleasure in staying at Villa Ben Bali in the future. James Smith

Absolute disappointment!

This property was NOT at all like the photos, please don’t be fooled as we were. We were so disappointed, first time in bali and this property set the scene for massive let down. Very dirty bathrooms sinks and mirrors, just all grotty in general. Air con did not work, was so hot, food leaked all on our bed, our bedroom flooded and wrecked all of our luggage. The kitchen was disgusting. You would not even use the stove due to it being so dirty. The microwave and fridge were also disgusting. Walls were all dirty. Just a simple wipe over and scrub of all these areas would have been sufficient. We had bed bugs. The upstairs balcony is not safe and very rickety. Photos are NOT as displayed. The whole property was falling apart!!!!!!!

very sorry if i could not refund you the unused stay in my property because you do not want to leave my booking calendar clear from your schedule / your occupancy. please understand if you are buying something and want to change your mind and get your money back, you should return the goods ..?

Ein Paradies für Moskitos die Hölle für Menschen. Habe alle Register zur Abwehr gezogen aber einfach zu viele . Wahrscheinlich ist durch COVID nichts mehr in den Zustand der Villa investiert worden . Die Sauberkeit lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig auf dem Kühlschrank liegt jahrealter Schmutz und den Backofen habe ich nicht angefasst . Die viel gepriesene Dachterrasse sollte dringend renoviert werden das Holz ist morsch und die Sitzgelegenheiten nicht benutzbar. Bin nur einmal auf die Dachterrasse wollte nicht durch das morsche Holz einbrechen. Für diesen Preis bekommt man auf Bali eine bessere Unterkunft

Very sorry you are not happy Wolfgang.. Because an open living house we could only use coil type, we pick German brand/ baygon for our mosquito repellent and believe it or not some people attract less to mosquitos .. the blood is less sweet for mosquitos ??? Sorry about the fridge is not clean we will rectify this. But yes is true some woods in upstair under the tree seating area are rotten, we are ordering the woods and should be done soon. For your info, during covid we still have about 75% occupancy since many tourist including from Ukraine reluctant to go home ..

Chice Villa im balinesischem Flair

Wir, (drei Erwachsene) hatten die Villa Ben für zwei Wochen gemietet. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr positiv überrascht vom Ambiente der gemütlichen Villa, dem herrlichen Pool und der zentralen Lage zu Strand, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand, täglich kümmern sich die netten Angestellten um die Reinigung der Anlage und des Pools. Der Transfer vom Airport hat wunderbar geklappt. Ebenso konnten wir mit unserem freundlichen Fahrer Ketut pünktlich und sicher durch den balinesischen Verkehr unsere Ziele auf der Insel erreichen. Ein großes Lob an das freundliche Personal, welche uns jeden Morgen mit einem leckeren Frühstück unserer Wahl verwöhnte. Dazu gab es frisches Obst und Säfte, ein guter Start in einen perfekten Urlaubstag! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, sagen hiermit noch einmal „DANKE“ und wir werden uns bestimmt noch einmal wieder sehen! Tom, Heiko und Danny

Sehr schöne Villa, die auch noch ruhig und trotzdem zentral liegt

Täglicher Service! Alles sehr gut. 5 min zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen. Der Wasserspender war auch sehr willkommen.

Unique Indoor/Outdoor Villa Experience Close to Beach, Restaurants and Shops

From start to finish, Ben and his staff were helpful, friendly and effective. I liked that Ben was so personal - he clearly loves this property, enjoys Bali and meeting new people. I was a little concerned because I was traveling alone but Ben made sure to set me up with a driver who met me at the airport, all the WhatsApp numbers for him and the staff, a book of information for the villa and he even dropped by for a couple of visits. There are three staff members who come daily to clean, make beds and take care of the garden and pool. Their service is genuinely helpful and personal - I got to see family pictures, get restaurant recommendations for Balinese food and learn some Indonesian words, which was fun. There were a couple of things that didn’t work very well at the villa (the front door bolt and the tub faucet/drain), but they were fixed almost as soon as I mentioned they were broken. The staff have a small room at the side of the villa and are only in attendance for a couple of hours a day, so the villa is quite private. However, if you plan to skinny dip in the private pool, I encourage you to call out at the side door to make sure everyone is gone before you indulge! What makes this villa unique is that it is Mediterranean-inspired design and very open living space (the only enclosed and air conditioned spaces are the bedrooms) so I recommend it if you enjoy nature and being outdoors. You’ll be entertained by the little brown frogs (but don’t get too close, they can spit if they feel threatened), the small house lizards chirping and running on the walls, the geckos calling, the house chipmunk on the tree in the center of the house and the orange cat that will visit. The insects and birds are pretty and enchanting to watch. Watch out for chipmunk poop in the morning, and don’t leave the bright white light on over the sink when you go out at night as the flying insects will throw a big party on the sink and counter and you’ll have to clean up their tiny corpses in the morning! Being so close to your neighbors might seem daunting but it is remarkably quiet for being so close to other people and to the bustling beach. Quickly get to the beach and main shopping streets through the shortcuts. Walk five minutes along the narrow Gang Keraton to Pintang Market & BMC money changer. Safe spot, great for walking, good for solo travelers who like a ton of space, nature lovers, families, multiple couples or friends. Two thumbs up - thanks, Ben!

Quiet and Private

My Wife and I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful and peaceful Villa. Everything you will need is just a short walk away. A perfect location to stay and spoil yourself with the amenities nearby. Many fantastic restaurants, shops and spas are just a 8 minute relaxing stroll away down safe and quiet side streets. We found the Villa to be clean, private and comfortable with beautiful gardens and a very nice and clean pool. The Villa is angled perfectly to allow morning sun and evening shade to the pool and outdoor living area. The quiet location, air conditioning and comfortable bed made for great nights sleep. We were greeted by a very nice lady named Ketut, who kept things tidy. Our very professional driver named Komang, referenced by the owner, was helpful beyond what could ever be expected. He was a key part of making our arrival and outings organized and stress free.

Fantastisch mooi vakantieverblijf

Wij hebben het met ons gezin geweldig gehad! Groot compliment voor de eigenaar vd villa die alles op afstand zo goed heeft geregeld en hij vooral heeL snel reageert op je vragen. Het huis is geweldig en goed verzorgd! Vriendelijke mensen die zorgen voor eventueel het ontbijt, en alles word netjes gepoetst ( zelfs een top chauffeur heeft de eigenaar voor ons geregeld die ons verblijf op Bali bij ons is gebleven wanneer we ergens naar toe wilde gaan’)) De ligging van het huis is 5 minuten lopen van het strand, en het drukke centrum van seminyak waar veel winkels en eetgelegenheden zijn. Daarom extra fijn om je heerlijk weer terug te kunnen trekken in deze geweldige villa met zwembad!

Very welcoming , fantastic place

Overall fantastic holiday apartment very clean and tidy a mixture of indoor and outdoor living which was perfect for location. Staff very helpful happy to help with organising trips etc... came in and cleaned daily hardly knew they were there. Please note from advertisement no washing machine or hot tub however plenty of washing facilities around Seminyak if needed and doesn’t take away from this beautiful and fantastic holiday rental

Petit Havre de paix

La maison est un véritable Havre de paix loin du tumulte de la ville. Lors de notre départ des travaux de rénovation ont été entrepris donc je pense que la villa sera encore mieux!! Ben, le propriétaire est très accessible et très genti,le personnel de maison également.

Ben Bali Villa - close to Seminyak beach, best restaurant, and trendy shops and night clubs. Private hide away only steps away from everything. Has Wi-fi, TV and full kitchen for those that want to stay in but take a walk to PARTY or BEACH. Two full Private bedrooms with Bath plus a third bedroom with detatched bath and a "Tree House Deck" for star gazing. Full size pool that is filtered and cleaned daily by staff that wiil keep your stay picked up and clean the common rooms.

Pure luxury

What a amazing luxury villa at a very fair price, so quite safe and secluded but also right in the heart of everything going on, airport transfers and trips were all taken care of by the help full staff and owner and the staff were in daily cleaning but respect your privacy and you don’t even notice them. I would def stay at this property again and would like to thank Ben and every one involved. Many thanks Tommy

Awesome, beautiful, quiet

We booked this villa for 7 people (my family). It was perfect for all of us and so close to everything we wanted. A lovely walk to the beach and so close to the shops and restaurants. Any where else we wanted to go was organised with the villa driver who was a great bloke. The owner catered for our every need and the maid and her family were the loveliest people whom we still keep in contact with. Some days we stayed in the villa because it was too perfect to leave with the pool and the beautiful outdoor living that was offered. I was so happy to get away from all the busy life of home with TV’s (there is one there with a DVD player) and electronics and this villa was the perfect place for it. The wifi was great if we needed it. Everything and everyone involved with this villa was amazing we can’t wait to get back there and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you Ben and your amazing team for a great holiday hope to see you all soon! Leigh and family!!!!

Amazing Villa in an amazing location

This villa is amazing! The location is fantastic, it is off the main road so that you don't hear any noise and close enough to get anywhere you need to and to hail a taxi super quick. It is right next to a large supermarket and lots of shops/bars and restaurants. There is so much around. Everything in the villa was fantastic! The beds are SO HUGE and the outdoor showers are amazing. It is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Loved the pool. Ben (the owner) is so friendly and accommodating and he answered all my queries up until we arrived. Once we settled into the villa, Putu (who looks after it) was so lovely. She and her husband came to clean everyday and were always helpful if we needed any help with anything such as transport. She even organised our boat trip from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan complete with pick up and drop off, for less than we had seen advertised. She was great.

Wonderfull Villa

The Villa is located in the busy Seminyak. Altough at the Villa you are surrounded in a very quied area. The Villa has a nice swimming pool and has a good sitting area you can sit with alot of persons. The staff is very friendly, everything got cleaned every day and the fridge with beer got a refill everyday.

A tranquil and quaint little slice of paradise.

Ben's villa is a charming little gem. It fits the profile of a traditional/exotic villa in Bali that we had in mind. What's even better is that the location is central but hidden. 2 minutes scooter ride to Bintang supermarket and 3 minutes scooter ride to Jalan Dhyana Pura where all the happenings....well happens :) We loved the open living area where we can lounge around enjoying the breeze, as well as lazying around the pool. Putu came by everyday and took care of cleaning and everything else for us. We got used to having someone like her around very very quickly. If you are looking for a traditional and charming place to stay in Bali, Ben's Villa is it! We'll be sure to visit again!
