Guest Access:
Guest will enjoy full exclusive access to the property.
Owners do not live on site.
Property is very private, tucked away from the street and neighbors, yet within short stroll to the civilization.

Guests can enjoy free access to tennis and swimming pools, spa located in the complex.

The Neighborhood:
Two pools and a tennis court all within a short walk. If you are interesting in golf there are multiple golf courses not too far away from the unit, easy to get to with and without a car. The closest beach is about 20 minutes away by foot and around 5 minutes on car so enjoying a nice beach day will be not too far away. If you want to go shopping the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops Shopping Centers are a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive, away from the unit.
