Dies ist eine 1900 Quadratmeter große Unterhaltungsoase! Dieses Stadthaus ist bereit für ein bisschen Spaß! Kommen Sie und spielen Sie Billard auf unserem Billardtisch. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player und Surround-Sound-System. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player.

Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, eine private Veranda, eine ebenerdige Dusche, eine Badewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Die zweite Suite verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche. Das Loft hat einen großen Futon.

Gleich außerhalb des Wohnzimmer Schiebereglers auf der Veranda befindet sich eine Außenküche mit Grill für Ihren Genuss. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt finden Sie die Cabana, den Pool und den Whirlpool.

Unsere Einheit ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Besuch perfekt zu machen. Ein komplett ausgestattetes Strandschließfach mit Liegestühlen, Boogie-Boards, Eiskisten und Strandtüchern. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der beliebten 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) entfernt, wo Sie zahlreiche Strandaktivitäten ausüben können.

Wir sind buchstäblich auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Queen's Marketplace und den Kings Shops mit Starbucks, Restaurants, Bars, Food Court, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Bauernmarkt, Bekleidungs- und Souvenirläden, Eisdiele, Fahrradverleih und vielem mehr.

Week on the Big Island

This property was the perfect location for a weeks stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was convenient to beaches and other adventures on the island. The accommodations and amenities were just as described and I would highly recommend renting this town home.

Best Waikoloa Resort Location

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas Condo. Our condo’s location to all that is available on the Big Island was perfect. Close to the activities, shopping was within walking distance, easy access to all resort activities, resturants and the highway to be able to see all the sites on the Big Island of Hawaii. The location was key to us enjoying the area of Waikoloa. Quiet area at the front of the resort with the ability to walk to shopping and restaurants with great Wifi, TV’s and a pool table which the kids enjoyed. Location, location, location made for an enjoyable and satisfying stay.

Excellent location

Location was perfect, Condo was very nice. Thermostat was locked at 72. That would’ve been nice to know prior to renting that was quite a disappointment. Never got email from property manager with the entry code prior to the stay had to go back-and-forth with the property manager on the day of arrival which was a little inconvenient, but it ended up working out.

Great vacation for Hawaii Adventures!

Our family of six had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property near Waikoloa Beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. The home was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the amenities were top-notch! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. One of the biggest highlights was having access to the Hilton Waikoloa pools and lagoon—our four kids absolutely loved it! They spent hours swimming, playing in the lagoon, and even trying their hand at paddleboarding. It was such a treat to have these incredible facilities right at our fingertips. The location is also extremely convenient. Whether you’re looking to spend time at the beach, visit local shops, or take day trips around the island, everything is within easy reach. The property itself was a perfect home base for our adventures, and it was so nice to come back to a peaceful and well-maintained space at the end of each day. We highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and fun Hawaiian vacation. We can't wait to return!

A vacation away from home…..

This place is gorgeous! The pool table was the highlight! (Hard to get to at some angles due to the window) but we had SO much fun with it. There was 8 of us that stayed here and there was plenty of room. The Hilton pool pass was awesome; they have a water slide, a salt water pool, and so much more. . We definitely made use of the pool on site also. Queen’s shop is conveniently across the street and Kona is just a short trip away. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location. We all loved this location, the cleanliness, the quick response from the owners, the amenities of this property. We basically just brought ourselves and food. Almost everything else was provided here. If given the chance, I will most definitely be staying here again.

Overall, we were pleased with the property. Bathrooms could use updating, but were clean and functional. The washing machine did not work, the property manager promptly sent a handyman to fix it, but he was unable to repair it. An Appliance Tech was requested by the manager, but it was a holiday weekend and no one came. Other than the washer issue, no problems.

Breathtaking!!!

Wow! This stay was more than amazing! Super clean, spacious, organized, easy to get in, secured, beautiful views even just outside the sliding door. The pool there was pretty nice and relaxing. I love how this stay came with the Hilton pool pass, we deff took advantage and i love that it was such a close drive away. We loved that every room had a tv as well. Made it fun for the kiddos. We also loved that we had access to all the beach equipment that was needed to spend the day at the beach without having to go out and purchase anything. Thank you for the fast communication as well. Accidentally lost the email with our information to get in but they called back in seconds and provided all the information. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Beautiful home, great location

Six of us stayed from February 7 - 14, 2017, we found the condo very spacious and welcoming. The finishes and furniture were beautiful. Since we are avid pool players, we were disappointed in the pool cues, they really need new tips. The condo was extremely hot upon arrival, it would have been nice to have the AC turned on before we got there . The dishes on the top rack did not clean well, and towels took a very long time to dry in the the ventless dryer. Snorkel equipment and boogie boards were advertised but were not in good shape.

Good time but could use some additional attention

The property was nice, space was very good, but a few things that could be addressed. There never seemed to be enough hot water. With a capacity of eight guests, after a day at the beach, showers took a very long time as we had to wait for hot water to regenerate. Bathroom towels, for some reason, seemed to be at a minimum. More towels would be nice. The master bed upstairs seemed to have a nature slant to the middle, missing a middle support or something. Nothing can be done about this one, but parking two vehicles was miserable, trying to find a space close to the unit each evening. Pool area was nice. Pool towels needed to be replaced. Overall, the space was nice, just needed attention to a few additional details. Probably wouldn't stay here again if only because of the parking situation.

Underwhelming and noisy property that needs TLC, maintenance and above all, a new property manager

We’ve been visiting the Big Island for decades and have stayed in many properties over the festive season. For the price we paid for this unit, our stay was highly disappointing. For starters, this is the closest unit to the main road, across from a busy shopping center. That means constant noise from cars, and being awoken at 3am by delivery and garbage trucks from the shopping plaza. As for the unit itself, other than the nice billiards table, this is a standard condo with little character, and some of the cheapest and most sparse amenities we’ve seen (think plastic dinnerware and cups, entry-level cooking utensils and appliances, incomplete silverware set, polyester rental-quality sheets). All that would be fine, except this unit was almost double the price of other units in the same complex for the same dates. The worst part, though, was the property management company. At check-in, they told us there was a dripping sink, but that they had no plans to fix it during our stay. Next, when we arrived, we were hit by an overwhelming chemical smell, which, when we complained, they said was from new flooring that was just installed—who does that Christmas week, and with no advance disclosure? The refrigerator water filter was also expired, and rather than maintenance, they sent a member of their office staff with a box of different filters so we could fix it ourselves. Last, I was promised a call from management to address our concerns—it never came. We won’t be back.

This property is in a good location, especially proximity to the pool. It was a great fit for teenagers with the pool table. Overall, the property is as listed with a well appointed kitchen. The only reason I made it a 4 star vs. 5 star, is that it's a bit worn and could use with a refresh. Most of the pool cues were well worn without felt so not really usable. The grill was very dirty and so we used the community grill instead. The pillows were terrible and very worn out and lumpy. Overall, we would recommend this property given it's location and floor plan.

My family said it was amazing. Luxurious and clean with plenty of space. Beds were comfy and the pool table was fun. We enjoyed the pool and local shopping. The beach was a short drive away and was great for lounging and swimming. The BBQ on the lanai barely worked but we were able to use the communal BBQs.

From booking to checkout the process was seamless. The property owners are extremely friendly and responsive. The unit is appropriately stocked for your stay. Not worth taking any stars off but there was no shampoo/conditioner in the showers so I bought some at the market across the street. On the last day when putting my belongings away I found a small trial size box with everything that I needed on the bathroom counter. The unit is clean and quiet. Will book here again!!!

Best of both worlds : stay & play or Hilton Pool Pass for the win!!

This is truly the best of both worlds!! 1. Rent a car from Turo @KOA pick up 2. Keep doors shut! AC will flip off if house gets too warm, quickly resolved by rental co. Much appreciated. Fitness center is onsite a couple blocks away. 3. Shampoo/ cond lotion and bar soap provided! 2. Don’t need to go to target there’s a great market directly across the street ABC store souvenir’s to home necessities! 3. Next door fancy shops and restaurants. Coffee açaí bowls yum! 4. Easy early morning walk to Hilton pools - but an afternoon pick up is the best way to end a warm pool day. Watch dolphins play/ poolside snacks and fun lagoon water experiences. 5. Nice little lava hike to lava lava lounge/public beaches. Best little 20 min adventure hike and beautiful blue water sea turtle encounter a few blocks away! 6. Book and enjoy! Grill/ chill/ regular coffee maker and grinder washer dryer feels like home in Hawaii!

Big, clean and perfectly located

This was our first trip to the big island and the stay at this condo was just perfect. It’s situated very close to the best white sand beaches on the island. There is a shopping center across the street with a market full of fresh goodies. Everything was clean and the kitchen worked out great for a few home cooked meals. It’s a big space so plenty of room for a large family or group. Pool was also fun right outside and we had a blast one day at the Hilton’s pool (a must see). We really enjoyed our stay. The Queens market had such a variety of food and we could walk there. Very convenient. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

My husband, Lars, is a tech entrepreneur and I (Sherry) am a elementary school teacher. We live in the suburbs of Los Angeles, CA. We have been visiting Hawaii for almost 20 years now. We love all the islands, but we came to really enjoy the relaxed, low key atmosphere of the Big Island. It really is a 'big' island and there is so much to do. Where else can you experience sunny beaches, tropical rainforest, desert. snowy mountains, temperate forests and grassy plains all on one island? Each section of the island has its own personality and we experience something new every visit. Come and explore this amazing island and welcome to our Hawaiian home!

We chose the Waikoloa Beach Villas for its fantastic location next to upscale shopping and restaurants and the almost always sunny weather of the South Kohala coast. We enjoy getting coffee at Starbucks, then taking the breathtaking, scenic coastal stroll between the Marriott and Hilton hotels. (Pathway starts at the beach volleyball court at the Marriott.)

The Waikoloa Beach Villas is an upscale gated condo complex with 2 beautiful pools. Our condo is spacious and bright with all the best household amenities, such as a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have a pool table, video games, DVDs and games for great family entertainment.
