The unit is located in a 3 story structure, occupying both the 2nd and 3rd floors. The building does not have an elevator, so access to the unit is via a few stairs.

The unit is conveniently close enough to all amenities for easy access, yet far enough away to remain a quiet and relaxing retreat. The pool is approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the unit.
Additional community amenities include:
Multiple BBQ areas located throughout the complex and near pools
A fitness center near the central pool
Private tennis court

Large exterior dining area
Please note that the pool is not heated; however, the hot tub is heated and available year-round.
