A 5 Star Experience
We were in Pittsburgh primarily for a Steelers game, but also to re-visit our old stomping grounds in Allison Park (north suburb), where we lived years ago when I started my engineering career with USS corp. There were 5 of us in total, all family. Renting a home in Mt Washington was not even on the radar initially, our plan was a hotel downtown, but no go when the Steelers are playing at home. To say we are glad we did would be a huge understatement. It added so much to the experience. The house is in a great location, a very short walk to Grandview Ave and spectacular views overlooking the city. About 0.4 miles to the Duquesne Incline (albeit very hilly) and a little longer walk to the Monongahela incline, but still doable. The house is an a very old neighborhood, typical for many areas in and around Pittsburgh, however the interior has been completely updated and is very lovely and comfortable. A few highlights: 1. Communication with Nicole was superb. She was ultra timely, professional and very thorough, as good as it gets in our experience. 2. Furnishings and supplies in the house were well thought out from a renter's perspective, including things like spices, coffee, paper towels, toilet tissue, hand and bath towels, bedding, and plenty of pillows on the beds and in the living room. 4. Check out was simple and straightforward. A final note. Mt. Washington is extremely hilly, almost crazy hilly. But don't let that deter you, the location is the best.

Property was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay just outside of the down town area. A short drive/uber ride away from the heart of the city. Nicole was a gracious host, easy to get ahold of, and offered great recommendations.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and well stocked with essentials. Excellent communication between us and the owners. Great location, easy to get to the events and sightseeing that we were doing. Easy drive from the airport. I would highly recommend this property

THE SPACE

**Kitchen**
The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal. There are 2 dining tables, and four people can be seated at each table.

**Living Room**
Savor unwinding on the cozy couches as you watch your preferred series on the high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services (Please note-access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.). This is the ideal location for guests to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family.

**Bedrooms 1 & 2**
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a deluxe king-sized bed with premium bedding. There is a nightstand with a lamp in each bedroom. Additionally, dressers are provided so that visitors can store their clothes there.

**Bedroom 3**
Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized mattress with comfortable linens and pillows. A nightstand and a dresser for storing clothes are also included in Bedroom 3.

**Bathroom**
The large, fully equipped bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and was recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Use the hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and premium towels that are provided, along with the personal care products.

**Laundry**
A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost.

**Outdoor Space**
Guests have access to a shared concrete backyard area that is the ideal place for dogs to relieve themselves.

The home includes 3 real beds, but can accommodate up to 7 guests. Please be aware that sleeping arrangements for the 7th guest are the couch. The couch would be best suited for a child, or an adult if he/she is willing. There is also a pack-and-play available for use. If one guest is a baby/young child using the pack-and-play, we would be willing to accommodate 8 guests.
