Corey was always responsive to any questions prior to check-in. However, the outside of the property was overrun with weeds, brush, and so bad that you could not enter from the back. In front, garbage cans piled in front of the door, and weeds again dominated the front of the house. The lower deck was inaccessible due to the same growth, and the outdoor furniture was old, torn, sagging, and unusable. Had to bring pillows out to sit on the very old furniture. All of the outside “cushions” were soaked due to rain, which is understandable….however the deck boxes were both broken, did not close, and therefore not functional. The views were okay, but the outdoor furniture was not. Inside, the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level were adequate. The 3rd floor was uninhabitable due to the heat, lack of ventilation, and very low ceilings. The furniture in the living room was ancient, stained, and torn…..the furniture in the basement was not much better. That fold out bed was unusable. The carpets are old, torn, and severely stained. The kitchen was okay, everything functional. The bathrooms were in the same condition, usable. However, bugs were quite prevalent on the downstairs bathroom ceiling, as well as dead bugs by the basement furniture. There were 3 of us that stayed there, and one of us had to actually sleep on the old couch in the living room, due to conditions in both upper and lower areas. I did not reach out to Corey during our stay, because there was nothing to do
