Unwind in the living & dining areas which feature an 8’ slate Pool Table, bar area, a spacious living area with a large TV with surround sound. Enjoy the 2nd floor deck views as well as the gentle summer breezes. Enjoy grilling out while spending time with your guests on the large deck area.
The primary bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and sliding doors leading out to the 1st floor deck, providing a beautiful view of Kings Creek. The 2nd bedroom, also on the first floor, has a King-size bed as well, two large closets with a full bathroom just across the hall.
The 3rd bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has a Trundle bunk bed with a twin over a double with a twin below as well as a separate double bed. There is also a large walk-in closet. The Crow's Nest, which could be considered a fourth bedroom/sleeping area has a queen size sofa bed that is easy to access. All bedrooms have smart TVs. There are also two hideaway folding twin beds.
This home has a well-equipped modern chef’s kitchen with all new appliances & features a large, oversized refrigerator freezer combination. The family room has a 75” QLED 4K Samsung Smart TV & Spectrum cable. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. A Food Lion grocery store is just minutes from the property to stock up on groceries, beverages & supplies.
Beach Haven has 3 decks with ample tables and outdoor seating, a gas grill & a wet bar on the 3rd floor with magnificent views. Corn hole boards & beach chairs are there for your use. Also, there is a full-size slate pool table, indoor shuffleboard, foosball & a ping pong table.
You will absolutely love visiting historic Cape Charles. Go back in time with its quaint boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries, a theatre, brewery/distillery, mini golf & an unspoiled public beach. Enjoy free fishing off the pier, crabbing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, sunset cruises, and deep-sea fishing and boating excursions. Sunsets at The Shanty or Oyster Farm Eatery are spectacular. Summer live music is featured at the C-Pier of Bay Creek Marina--a short walk away.
