The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. This condo will sleep 10 comfortably. The chef of the group will enjoy an open kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The registration fee is based on maximum unit occupancy which amounts to $111.53. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based on unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests before arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, that the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **
