The space

The home features 2.5 levels of living space, with four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a range of amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The main level features a open-concept living and dining area, complete with comfortable seating, a flat -screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. This level also features one full bathroom, alone with a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed across the hall. feel free to use the laundry room on this lever that is equipped with detergent and additional cleaning supplies.

Step outside on to the spacious walk-out screened in back porch that can be accessed right off the mail living space. It offers stunning views of the lake and plenty of space for lounging, reading or soaking up the sun or enjoying the Hot-Tub

The Lakeview Cabin features four comfortable bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the upper-level, there are two king-bedrooms along with a bunk room. Additionally, there is a full bath on this level for your convenience.

All four bedrooms at the Lakeview Cabin are thoughtfully appointed with comfortable bedding, plenty of storage, and charming decor, providing a restful and inviting retreat after a day of outdoors adventure on the lake.

Guest access

All areas of the house, decks and dock are open for access to guests. The dock is available for use by renters and their guests for sunbathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat.

Other things to note

This house is located in the heart of Virginia's New River Valley and 25 minutes from the Rock House Marina. The neighborhood is a small quite neighborhood. The house is right on Claytor Lake and has a dock for your own private access to the water. If you are visiting for more than just the lake, you are close to many other things as well, we are about 40 minutes from Virginia Tech, 30 minutes to Radford University, 48 minutes to the New River Trail, 30 minutes from Draper Valley Golf, and located within 30 minutes of several wineries and breweries. The area is great for summer lake vacation, a fall get-away to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, or a peaceful winter retreat.
