Lovely place to stay

We only stayed for one night as we were in town for a funeral. The accommodations were as described in the add- lovely and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area

We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by by a kind tenant who assisted with our parking arrangements. The place was very clean. The layout was a little bit confusing at first, but after we took some time to look more thoroughly, we found that there were actually air conditioners behind the curtains, which was very nice because it was a very warm day. We would recommend staying here again it was a good thing for your buck..

The location of the home was a short drive to Boston, as well as a concert venue! The host was responsive. The home was perfect for our needs.

Awesome spot!

This spot is about 25 mins outside of Boston proper, but that was perfect for us! No traffic, quiet for sleeping, a target right up the street for the things you inevitably forget. There was space for 2 cars in a driveway, which was awesome! It was an abundance of space. I would absolutely stay here again.

Less than pleased

First of all, the unit is below an annual rental which would be fine but they were too much in our business. The unit itself was adequate but the amenities such as bath towels and kitchen ware were less than desirable. There were only 3 bath towels for a party of 5 for 5 days (inquired with the host and she said that was all they provide)???. Not enough glasses for drinks. No furniture in the bedrooms aside from a bed so we had to live out of our luggage. No smoking on premises at all. They expected me to walk down an elevated driveway and stand in the road to smoke which was ridiculous in my opinion. The upstairs tenant contacted the host about my smoking which mind you was outside and made a big stink about me smoking on the stoop. You could hear the kids running upstairs to the point I had to turn the volume up on the TV. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy with the way things went. It is a shame because it could be a nice rental if only they didn't have upstairs tenants that control every aspect while you are there and much needed accommodations, i.e. adequate amount of towels and better stocked kitchen.

Hi Mandi! Thanks for your review albeit not so correct. It is unfortunate you had an unlikely experience in our beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. Real-life images, written descriptions, and instructions of the 3-bedroom unit/patio set were on display before you booked the place. Also, lines of communication were open in various forms before, during and after your stay. The only question you had in mind before your stay was about A/C units. We were responsive and A/C units are in every room of the house. Unfortunately, during your stay, rules were not adhered to, and unwanted activity occurred on multiple occasions about smoking. In person and over the phone, we checked in and asked if you needed anything. You and your guests expressed content and were apologetic about the smoking incidents. Cigarette butts were lying all over the premises and that is one of the many reasons we outlined no smoking on the premises. Another topic you mentioned was on supply: Lastly, there is ample glassware sets and variety of kitchenware available in every cabinet/cupboard. Towels were also present with a laundry area of both washer and dryer available and workable. We are Superhost in various platforms and we value our guests and home equally. We expect some form of decorum and hope our guests refrain from leaving retaliatory reviews to avoid negative impressions from other hosts. It is important that there is mutual respect and understanding between all neighbors involved, especially when living in muti-unit homes. For future, I advise you ask all the questions you desire and be very sure of your particular needs before booking elsewhere. More importantly, as issues arise please do not hesitate to contact your host- which can make a big difference in your overall experience. Thank you and have a great rest of your day. Best,
