The thoughtful design pool house is easily accessible through the laundry room, (located on a lower level and stairs are required) so you never need to step outside to enjoy the water.

We are conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations, ensuring you have everything you need close by. The bypass is just a quick 3-minute drive away, providing easy access to the area. If you’re looking to explore the historic bathhouses in downtown, it’s only a 14-minute drive, and for those feeling lucky, Oaklawn Racing & Casino is just 12 minutes away.

POOL ROOM
Located right off the laundry room behind a self closing door and child safety lock, our indoor salt water pool is heated up to a very nice and comfortable 85 degrees at no extra charge. Open 24 hours year round for your use. Pool heat is on 12 hours a day from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Please let us know if you prefer a different time frame. Central heat is available in the pool room but there is no air conditioning. There is an attic exhaust fan for ventilation.
All Rooms are on one level besides the Pool Room which is a level below the house and stairs are required for entry

(Occasionally when Hot Springs becomes excessively dry due to a lack of rainfall, the county judge will issue a burn ban. In that case, we will message you regarding the burn ban to not use the fire pit)
Although we do treat the outside areas, please be aware that we are on over 4 acres of wooded land and that there are insects, critters and poison ivy. We advise you to wear bug spray when going outdoors in the warmer weather.

GUESTS ACCESS
Guest have access to the entire house besides the owner's closet, supply closet, pool room equipment closet/pool room equipment area, unfinished basement and garage.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For security purposes, we have 5 outdoor cameras located throughout the property. The first one is located on the tree pointed towards the front gate, the second and third one are located on the balcony pointed towards the backyard and garage doors, the fourth one is located on the light pole pointed towards the parking area and the last one is located above the outside front entrance door pointed towards the outside front door entryway. These are in placed to protect both our property and our guests. We fully respect our guest's privacy and only review footage when necessary.
