Die Lodge auf Maggie's Farm ist ein 5000 Quadratmeter großes Haus am Wasser auf einem einzigartigen 36 Hektar großen Grundstück direkt am Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Geräumig und privat, aber immer noch günstig gelegen, nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Oaklawn, Magic Springs und all den anderen wunderbaren Dingen, die Hot Springs zu bieten hat! Mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 7 Bädern gibt es genügend Platz für Retreats, Reunions und mehrere Familienurlaube. Die Lodge bietet Platz für 23 Personen in Betten, einen privaten Pool, einen Tennisplatz, einen Teich und viel Platz zum Wandern und für Geländefahrzeuge. Es gibt 2 Master-Suiten, 3 separate Wohnbereiche und ein Schlafraum. Der Poolbereich verfügt über eine Außenküche / Bar mit einer schönen Steinterrasse mit Blick auf den Lake Hamilton. Es gibt drei weitere Terrassensitzbereiche mit See- und Bergblick. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Gegend von Lake Hamilton, die ideal zum Schwimmen, Skifahren, Angeln, Kajakfahren oder anderen Aktivitäten am See ist. Es gibt mehrere schöne Plätze auf dem Grundstück für Hochzeiten und andere Veranstaltungen.

This property is beautiful with a lovely view of the lake. It is difficult to get to the lake because of the many steep and rickety steps. The kitchen was very disorganized making it difficult to cook. The house was comfortable with great a.c. And lots of space. The beds and linens were very comfortable. It would be nice to have more towels and towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. We had a problem with the kitchen sink and the host sent someone out right away to fix it. We had to ask for check in info a few hours before we arrived because it was not sent. The tennis court and basketball court were fun for our group. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking.

Business Retreat

We enjoyed the stay. I was excellent for our business retreat. We were able to get a lot of work done and had plenty of room for all who stayed. The views were amazing, and I do think everyone had a relaxing time even with work. Thank you for helping with our schedule and changes we had due to weather.

Great place!

We stayed with our extended family which included 27 individuals ranging in age from 12-75. The bedding and bath configurations worked well for our group. The host provided the check in information as well as additional contacts in case we needed anything. I reached out a couple time and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The place was clean and many areas had been updated. The furniture was comfortable and worked well in the spaces. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. The location was less than 10 minutes to a grocery store. An easy drive to bathhouse row but secluded enough to enjoy the outdoors. We saw several deer, eagles, and on a boat ride were able to see some foxes! We rented a boat from kahuna bay rentals. A golf cart (very handy for trash and transport from one house to the other) from Golf Cart Elite. Both companies were accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for making our family trip so easy and enjoyable!

Perfect secluded property

Booked this stay for a family reunion. It was nicely secluded but close enough to town. The house is big and roomie, houses included plenty of amenities to make our stay convinient.

Lake house

Overall, we really enjoyed this home. We had four families stay in the house together. The outdoor space is incredible, we used the tennis court constantly. We also used the pool and hot tub regularly, and the view is beautiful.We were unable to use the grills outside because they were not clean. The pool did not look like the pictures, it’s in need of some repairs.Overall, it was a wonderful week and we enjoyed this location.

Great place for our family of 17. Enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and plenty of space to spread out during the day. Beautiful views even with Lake Hamilton being seasonally drained.

Excellent for large family gathering

We had 19 people stay here including two babies and it was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and fun. The kids LOVED the bunk room. We had a party for my grandmother’s 90th birthday and the space was great for it. We didn’t use the outdoor space bc it was so cold out but it looked beautiful. It would be nice if there were ticker curtains on the windows and more space blankets & pillows but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The property is beautiful a dream for our big family. Kitchen needs a pair of kitchen scissors lol we used paper goods so we didn't have to wash dishes all day long. The views are beautiful! We put the tennis court and basketball court to good use. Overall a great place to be plenty of space everyone had a great time.

Great location!

Our large group had a a fantastic time at this house! We had complete privacy at this property, but still within 10-15 minutes of all the fun things we wanted to attend in Hot Springs. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect for multiple families

Everything was wonderful. As described, stocked well, and fast communication. Birding was amazing if you're into it and the husband thought the close by casino was the best. We had 5 families staying and it was plenty of room. Each couple got a room plus the kids got their own space. We really want to come back in the warmer months!

Perfect Family/Birthday Getaway

The pictures do not do this property justice. My son had the best birthday imaginable. You have your own privacy as the house is set up perfectly for bigger groups. We felt like we had our own "quarters." We even saw a bald eagle while enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

This place was magnificent!

We had a group of 17 people from five different families with 8 kids ranging in age from 8-14. This was absolutely the perfect place.! The house was so spacious and gorgeous and the backyard view of the lake was phenomenal. The kids swam in 50° weather with wetsuits and the hot tub also helped. It felt so far from the city, but was only about 15 minutes to get anywhere. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful property

This lovely home has an open floor plan with lots of windows/light and very well furnished for a big group to be comfy. We were family and close friends/22 sleeping - nice beds for all! My daughter was married under the big pine trees on the property (many perfect spots to choose from) with the reception/celebration following in the house/yard/ pool area. Great place for a big group!! Highly recommend!

Perfect home for our large family gathering

We loved our weekend stay here. The location is tucked back on private property and is still within 5 minutes of of town. The home itself was wonderful for 15 adults and 6 kids. We had room to spread out for socializing and were able to retreat to our bedrooms for peace and quiet. The yard is gorgeous too with stunning views of the sunset. The lake views from up top are gorgeous but it’s a long steep walk down to the water and the steps could use some TLC or a rail for safety. There is a lot of stone around the pool and the home which is beautiful but just a warning because with little ones or older folks you want to be careful. Overall, it’s a great place and we are so happy we found this gem of a home.

A beautiful property with poor management

I rented this house to host a yoga retreat. The property was gorgeous and the photos shared here really don’t do it justice. However during our time at this property the management was seriously lacking. I had shared with the host that I would be leading a retreat on their property long before I arrived to be sure they would have everything in order. I had seen a few reviews on the listing that mentioned a lot of little things being out of place. I explained to them that because I was leading a group I wouldn’t be able to have the bandwidth to also manage the property and that I needed them to be sure that they had all their ducks in a row so I could have an easeful experience. And long story short I ended up having to deal with a lot of little things that caused me stress and messed with the flow of my event and the host was extremely delayed in their communication with me during our stay. I alerted the host of the issues immediately upon arrival and she waited until more than halfway through our trip to respond (finally got a response from her on day 3 of 5). What went wrong: - we received info on how to check long after the check in time had passed - upon arrival we found German cockroaches in the kitchen - nearly all of the bedding and sheets had faint stains on them plus none of the beds had proper bedbug covers. - landscaping wasn’t done when we arrived and the landscaper arrived unannounced and disturbed our practice on the only day we were staying at the house all day -no sponges to clean the dishes - we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and I had to have my participants go and buy more - the outlets in the front of the house didn’t work so electric vehicle charging was a pain - the pots and pans are old and Teflon. We also didn’t have enough cups for everyone and our group was only 7 people. - pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work plus no instructions for how to use the hot tub - when I shared my concerns with the host and requested a partial refund + the cleaning fee she refused so I had to get VRBO involved and open a case (more stress on me and more of my time wasted) What went right: Great location Beautiful property Comfortable beds
