Welcome to Bellavista at the Seaview. This oceanfront condo is a coveted two bedroom , two bathroom home that was completely renovated in 2021. The airy common spaces are flooded with natural light and the sound of breaking ocean waves. It is located 234 feet from Ocean Bluffs Town Beach aka " The Inkwell" and 0.7 miles from the center of town. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and head over to your 8:00 am yoga class or just put on your swimsuit, grab a book and RELAX!! It is just that easy from your Bellavista condo.

Amazing experience & accommodations

The property was beautiful and just as described. We loved having the beach across the street and walking into town to enjoy the nightlife and restaurants. Our host was so pleasant and responsive. We will be back in 2026!

Karen was great with communication. I asked if we could come early and if we could leave our bags after we checked out while we waited for the ferry. She got back to me quickly and said yes.Great location, quick walk into to town. Right across the street from the beach!Her condo was filled with fun art and celebrated her African American heritage.

Perfection!

My stay was simply incredible! The location seriously could not be better, directly across the street from The Inkwell - mornings listening to or joining The infamous Polar Beas (“Knees up, knees up!) or Yoga on the beach. The owner has poured such great energy into this space! It’s is perfectly curated - I use that word because of all of the history (both art and literature) beautifully and intentionally placed throughout the property. It is a perfect mixture of comfort and historical elegance. A peaceful energy surrounds you as enter the property and stays with you long after you leave.
