Kleine Hütte direkt am Strand ist Meter aus dem Wasser und Füße von Beach Rd. wo man Flagge mit dem Bus oder fahren oder zu Fuß zu Vineyard Haven (1 Meile) oder Oak Bluffs (2 Meilen). Unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge. Klavier. Spiele. 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, 2 mit Doppelbetten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Sie brauchen noch nicht einmal ein Auto zu bringen! Wenn ein Familienmitglied nicht Treppe tun können, öffnet der Couch und das Vollbad ist auf der ersten Etage. Sehen Sie parasailers und Fähren und Fischer, zu Fuß den Strand zum Steg auf, Fahrräder mieten, die Insel zu erkunden. Oder einfach zu Hause bleiben und auf der Veranda zu lesen. Wireless-LAN, Grill, TV. Einige der Bilder sind, bevor wir die Treppe zum Strand bewegt. Und ich kann nicht bekommen sie senkrecht zu sein, sorry! So entspannend am Haus. In der Familie seit vielen Jahren und wir vermieten es aus, wenn wir nicht da sind. Es ist eine großartige neue Filmgesellschaft weniger als eine Meile entfernt mit nächtlichen gute Filme.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this wonderful home in Oak Bluffs. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the casual living area, well-equipped kitchen, and relaxing outdoor area.The location was perfect!Steps to the beach, close to downtown, and the ferry, but still quiet and peaceful. We made great memories here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend for families!

Simple little cottage right on the water. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great sunsets. Board games. Grill. Nice neighbors. Close to the bus stop. Frannie is super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

As the owner said "if you are looking for Pottery barn feel, do not rent our house" It is truly a rustic beach cottage, but you can't beat the location!

Lovely stay!

The cottage was everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Franny was easy to contact and very responsive, friendly and polite.Just a note of caution regarding getting on Martha's Vineyard; as first timers we did not know that the ferry needed to be reserved in advance.. Fortunately, I stumbled upon that information and got a ferry that lined up with check in time. Great stay!

Perfect Birthday Trip

This was our first time on the island and Franny’s house was perfect. The location was wonderful- right in between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. The buses were free this summer so that is how we got around the island. The house was just as described and pictured in the listing and Franny was a wonderful host. The thing we enjoyed most was the water right outside your back door. We visited the other beaches on the island but there is nothing better than stepping off the back deck and the water being right there. We would definitely book Franny’s house again.

Another great stay at the cottage!

Amazing vacation

This our third summer renting from Franny and it was another fantastic week. The location of the house is perfect, we love being right on the beach. And the drive to Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs is quick and easy. We are so sad to leave!

Private Beach Delight

Exactly as advertised. Just a quick drive to Main Street Vineyard Haven or downtown Oak Bluffs. The back deck is private and beach is breathtaking. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a really nice time on the island. The house was just what we expected with a beautiful view. Franny was very helpful and we loved the little touches that were added to the house to make us feel welcome.

Beautiful view

Thank you Franny for a wonderful stay! The deck looking over the water is absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for. We loved sitting out there and watching the boats. We hope to come back again next summer.

Spectacular Ocean View

We had an awesome time just sitting on the deck, which was just steps to the water, watching the ferry boats come and go, not to mention the sea gulls and occasional fish jumping out of the water. The sunsets were beautiful too. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Basic but charming cottage. Spent most of the time on the front deck watching all the activity in the bay. Well worn, not fancy, but comfortable.

Great two weeks

The cottage was exactly as described. Perfect location. Beautiful to hang out and hear the waves crash and the sunset. Easy walk into town. Great new washer and dryer as well as stove. We loved it and we hope to return ❤️

It was advertised correctly. No pottery barn accents here. This is a charming cottage right on the bay with fantastic view. It has all you need for comfortable stay. It has that 50's / 60's charm. FFranny was very help

Wonderful Family Memories

Franny’s house quickly became a magical and special spot for our family. It’s in an excellent location and the beach access when you open the back door is everything we wanted. The kids couple play in the sand and swim in the water. We brought out SUP and had a great time paddle boarding around. We can’t wait until next year!

Photo, top left is my father who owns the house. My NY-based maternal grandfather used to summer in the cottage and do his plaster-to-bronze sculptures on the porch. In 1975, my family added a second floor with three bedrooms. Our family has squeezed many of us in for laughter-filled weekends of games and swimming, sunsets, meals on the porch. Right now we rent it most of the summer. We live in various parts of the Boston area and Amherst, MA. Photo is from Dad's house.

Lifelong memories. My family first rented this cottage in the1940's and then bought it back in the 1950's. I love that everything is right there, from views to fun water play right outside, to public buses, to hospital, to villages and film society and theatre. People flock to Eastville Beach and we are right there!
