This was an excellent property for our extended family beach getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and eating together, bedrooms were nice and clean, and we loved all the balconies. While not walkable to the beach, it was a very short drive!

Wonderful House

The property was beautiful. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything that you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Everything was so clean and well kept.

The property was nice, modern, and very spacious, it was also close to the beach access which was a plus. However, the cleanliness was not to my liking due to stains on the furniture, bugs smeared on the walls, dirty floors, etc. I am aware these items were not on the property listing, but it would have been nice to have laundry pods and more than one roll of paper towel. The check-in process was a little different than other properties I rent from, I had to sign an additional policy document and send over my ID but it was smooth nonetheless. Host was responsive (a bit slow but still replies). Pool was small and underwhelming. The layout of the property was convenient, I liked how there are two living areas and different patios around the home. I would rent here again if I were to come back.

Great location and place

We loved this place. It’s a 3 min drive to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful decoration and the balconies were awesome to have. There was leftover beach equipment (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas etc)The place was a bit dirty. The sofa bed had stains on the mattress and no bedding so we needed to contact the owner which they brought bedding that day but still was disappointed that first night.

Property was great. Only had one issue when leaving and checking in. But the emergency line helped me get into the condo, and the gentleman thanked us for letting them know that the instructions on the door and website need to be changed for entering and leaving.

This was a great house, we would definitely rent here again! So nice and well stocked with everything you will need. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of and was the best stocked rental property I have ever had. The views were amazing, sun rise is on the back side of the house and sunset on the front. If you are there in the hot summer months be sure to close the bedroom blinds on the front of the house in the afternoons to keep the rooms cooler. The driveway was big enough for 2 cars and the garage parking was a big bonus too. In the garage we discovered there were all kinds of beach toys, castle building stuff, bodyboards, a wagon and plenty of other goodies, we left a few beach items behind for others to enjoy too. All the balconies on every floor had hoses and one right outside the front door which was great to get all the beach sand rinsed off. The only hiccups we had was they were still cleaning at the 4pm check in time and we had to wait until 4:30 to unload everything into the house and there were not enough towels , the top floor bathrooms had none. Be sure to bring your own beach towels too as they are not provided. This house had tons of room and was more than big enough for the 10 of us which made it the perfect big family rental. Side note, for those with pets, the grassy area around the house has those little stickers so check their paws.
