This house has beautiful tranquil views with an outside sitting area, barbecue, and lounge chairs. Minutes from Fifth Avenue, award-winning restaurants, and fabulous shopping.

Our home is available for stays of 30 nights or longer. Please note, our calendar may show blocks of time we hold for personal use. On occasion, we’re able to adjust those blocks and extend availability — so if you have specific dates in mind, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellation policy will vary depending on the dates. Monthly rental and high season rental dates (January- March) will have a strict no cancellation policy and monthly rentals may be required to pay for weekly house cleaning services. Max 8 people. No pets please.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our days so easy and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely property in Naples! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and beautifully decorated everything was. We are happy you enjoyed the house and it's convenient location. Unfortunately, the previous guest froze the A/C unit which made it necessary to install a Nest and monitor the inside temperature. I hope we were able to make your stay comfortable and you will be our guest again in the future.

Thank you for choosing to stay at our property in Naples. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced upon your arrival. Unfortunately, something happened with the cleaning crew, and they did not make us aware that they were unable to clean the property. This is completely unacceptable, and we deeply regret the oversight. As soon as we found out, within 30 minutes, we immediately sent a crew out to take care of the situation. We’ve been hosting guests for the last four years, and this is the first time something like this has happened—hopefully the last. Had we known the property wasn’t cleaned, we would have contacted you right away to inform you. We understand how important a clean environment is for a relaxing stay and are taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we hope you had a great time during your stay. We hope to welcome you back under better circumstances.”

Perfect home with an excellent host

This home is truly a hidden gem in Naples and offers everything you could want, whether you’re staying for just a few nights or settling in for a longer vacation. The open and spacious living areas provide plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the furnishings are both comfortable and inviting. It feels like your very own home away from home.One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being within walking distance of a grocery store and a cozy coffee shop made our mornings so much easier. The short stroll to the beach is perfect for sunrise or sunset walks, and having 3rd Street South and 5th Avenue just around the corner means great dining and shopping are always close by. It’s hard to beat that convenience!The screened-in pool area was another favorite feature. It’s fantastic for cooling off in the afternoon, and you don’t have to worry about bugs. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need, from cookware and dishes to high-end washers and dryers. Last but not least, the host is incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had a seamless stay. If anything does come up, they’re quick to assist. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again—it’s the perfect spot to enjoy

Not as expected

We were very excited about our trip over the holidays to see family. Unfortunately the house we rented was a let down. The owner did not communicate well prior to us coming down there. We essentially had to reach out the day of our check in because we hadn’t heard anything from previous communications. When we arrived we noticed the fridge was still full of food from the previous stay. The HVAC was locked and the temp in the master was so hot at night we would wake up in sweats. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets kept falling off because they weren’t there right fit. Communication with the owners was frustrating. They fixed the AC issue but failed to do anything else bc they were in New Jersey and evidently didn’t have people locally to help us. I found their communication to be rude and off putting and they didn’t do anything to really make it right for us. The quality of the home was lacking - all the dinnerware was essentially plastic. We were also out of dishsoap and the waste basket lid lacked batteries so we constantly had to take that off.

We regret that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We made every effort to try to accommodate you and address your needs. Unfortunately, mattresses are not "one size fits all." While we do have a property manager, our effort to Amazon a mattress topper, dish soap, and a 9 volt battery so you didn't have to endure lifting the cover of the trash can, was met with resistance and hostility. This was followed a short time later by your demand for a discount on your stay. And perhaps most insulting, was when you called our home a "dump." This revealed your true character and allowed us to realize the type of person we were dealing with. Vrbo hosts beware.
