We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers-1 boy, 1 girl) were in town for my daughter's dance convention at Resorts World. We don't like hotel living so we always stay in a house and rent a car. It's actually cheaper since we didn't have to go out for every single meal, pay for a Lyft for every ride, or even pay for a cabana if we want shade outside. It leaves more money for shopping, which my wife and daughter loved!
The house is well appointed with plenty of space for our family, but it would also be very comfortable for 2 or 3 small families or 3 or 4 couples. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs (with separate thermostat), on the middle level there's a family room, dining room, and stocked kitchen (separate thermostat shared with lower level), and the LL has a living room (pool table), wet bar, full bathroom, laundry room (with commercial ice maker), and bedroom/office.
Most of our time at the house was spent outside in the huge pool and hot tub (full control of heater, lighting and jets from the provided tablet). The covered patio provided the necessary shade, gas grill and plenty of seating to stay comfortable even in the middle of summer. There's also a big deck with pergola for more shade and seating. And the putting green and horse shoe pits are a neat touch for more outdoor activities.
It's 5 minutes to go strait to the strip, 15 minutes to Fremont St, and 22 minutes to Red Rock Canyon.
The house could use a deep cleaning, but it was clean and had no bugs/insects.
