Home was clean and spacious. Great location. Kitchen supplies mostly adequate but needs more silverware if advertises capacity of 20 guests. Only 8 forks in total but did have toaster? Keurig, toaster over and tea kettle. Directions for check in were easy to follow. Would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The space was both spacious and cozy, which made it perfect for celebrating my mom’s birthday with family. The house had everything we needed for a full dinner, including a great grill setup, and the layout made it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy time together.Entertainment was a big plus—TVs in every room and a pool table kept everyone happy and relaxed throughout the stay. The home felt comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.Overall, it was the perfect place to create special holiday memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home for family gatherings or celebrations.

Extremely nice neighborhood, close to great food and about 20 min drive to strip. House is nice overall. Could more clean and a few things fixed but thats reasonable being a vacation rental. Would rent again!

The master bedroom was a highlight especially since the bride was able to use it to get ready for her wedding. The master bathroom was huge and amazing lighting. The bride had her makeup artist and hairstylist come get her ready at the house. The stairs heading up to the bedrooms was also a highlight. Overall a great experience!

The house was nice. The bed spreads were a little more used than I would’ve liked. The back patio area could’ve been cleaner, and there could’ve been more towels for guest. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Shadow Cove. It provided enough space for our family of 7 and others that visited. Very close to stores and strip. The manager was responsive when we needed help with code to get in. Beds are comfortable and enjoyed bbqing in the backyard.😊

Vegas family getaway

Good location with plenty of room if you want a family gathering spot away from the Vegas strip. We had a rocky start as code to enter didn’t work and not enough towels. But the communication was EXCELLENT and everything was corrected immediately. Both the owner and manager were very nice.

Our group was most disappointed with this property. The description states “BRAND NEW” which the host later explained meant there were items in the house which were new and not the 25 year old home itself as we had thought based on wording. Examples of our disappointment include: The front yard was overgrown and unkempt. Some furniture was damaged, interior walls and staircase paint were chipped and scuffed, an area rug was stained, and a bathroom baseboard was moldy due to a shower leak. The backyard has dirt and cement with no landscaping. The ad states soap and shampoo were available. There was no shampoo and only one used bar of soap in a bathroom. The ad also indicates there is a hot tub and there is not the typical hot tub one might expect. The host explained there is a free standing tub in the primary bathroom and it has hot water. We were in contact with the host within our first hour of arrival. Unfortunately he was inhospitable while providing his explanations. We decided to leave the property at that time and stayed in a hotel. The condition of the property and the amenities did not meet our expectations based on the description as we read it. I provided photos and a written explanation to VRBO and we received most of our money back. The ad has not been updated to more accurately describe the property.

Nice place just needed more of the staples

Nice, new and clean, just make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and paper towels. For such a large residence need more then a set of 4 dishes too. Extremely bare bones for a vrbo in our experience. But again super clean and nice neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable

I only booked hotels for my family vacations. This is my first time reserving a house. We were absolutely in love with this home. It was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The location is only 15 minutes from the airport and the strip. The beds were so comfy that I slept like a baby. The home is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. When I got there, I had issues with the code to get into the house, and the host helped. He was a great host; he would respond in a reasonable time frame and make accommodations if needed and applicable. If we vacation again in Las Vegas, we will stay here.

Amazing Home!!

Needed a large rental to house my family and family coming from Guam attending my daughters wedding. This home was a find! Easy to get to and nice quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from the airport. Spacious and clean with all the amenities of a home. Comfortable beds and TV's in all 5 bedrooms, clean bathrooms, spacious dining room. Patio was a nice relaxing spot for everyone while we grilled. Having access to the garage was Great since we had 3 cars. Being able to check in early was a Huge plus since our Guam family flights came in early. But aside from the Amazing home Etinosa was the cherry on top. It was refreshing to have a host respond to our requests and needs. Very accommodating and pleasing to speak with. Just an Amazing host! We are definitely keeping this property in mind for our next family excursion to Vegas.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

The check in process was great, Location was great....HOWEVER, to start with; the floors were so dirty our socks were black and ruined from, the upstairs toilet wasnt working so we had to fix it ourselves (easy fix, water was shut off), the lower level of the home smelled like smoke so bad that some of us had respiratory issues (stuffy noses, asthma, and goopy eyes). The downstairs bathroom smelled so bad we could not even use it. The ceiling in the kitchen had water damage and was ripped apart, the front porch light was dangling from the wires, there was moldy water damage baseboards in the upstairs bathrooms, and the worst part of this home was the pubic hairs in the bed downstairs and in the master room upstairs!! We ended up buying our own sheets, pillow cases and pillows. For the amount of money spent to stay in this home we had greater expectations! Very Disappointed!
