Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were centrally located in the middle of all the things we were trying to do and see while we were at the Black Hills. We did cook breakfast and supper at the place so there is enough kitchen cookware to make that happen so the kid could play while we were cooking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is as described. Plenty of room. Hot tub on site was nice. Plenty of room for 6 adults with some extra room to spare. The clubhouse is not right at the unit but wasn't a big deal.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The home was spotless, well‑maintained, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made check‑in incredibly easy. The space was comfortable, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, stress‑free VRBO experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our two families and young children. Everything was very clean, the hot tub was great, and the heated pool was a huge bonus. It’s also just a short walk to the clubhouse pool, which was so convenient.One thing to note: the stairs may not be ideal for crawling children or little ones who aren’t comfortable on stairs yet, but our two-year-olds did just fine.Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay in South Dakota!

My family and friends and I had a great time in South Dakota staying here. There was more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub on site and pool just a short walk or drive in the neighborhood. Great location overall, as we were able to see many sites including Deadwood, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Bear Country, and Reptile Gardens. In addition, we took a longer drive (about 1.5 hours) to Wyoming and saw Devil’s Tower. Overall a great trip, with wonderful accommodations, resulting in fun memories that we’ll remember always.

The location was perfect, giving us easy access to several attractions we wanted to visit. The cabin itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. We absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring, and the pool at the clubhouse was a great bonus. Black Hills Adventures was fantastic to work with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Was a great place for the families to get together. Wish we could have stayed longer. We came for the trail riding, so it was a great spot. Didn’t use the hot tub because it was too hot. Definitely would go back and would recommend to friends.

Internet didnt work for TV. Hot Tub and deck was great. Lots of stairs was a down fall, have to go up a bunch of stairs to get into the cabin and even more for the upstairs bedrooms. Very nice trailer parking right across from cabin, huge plus with a 30' trailer.
